Same as everyone else. Someone called and said I had a debt. They asked for the same person that everyone calls for when something sounds like a serious issue.

I doubt the number is a scam really to be perfectly honest. If it were, they would surely have been willing to annoy me instead of her. When they found out I wasn't her, they told me they would remove me from their calling list.

This number has been calling my home for over 3 years. Same story as everyone else. Must be a debt collection agency with bad info.

Rec'd call at 2:12 PM on fax line. This is the third day in a row.

I get calls from this # all the time. I finally put a stop to this and took back control of my phone system. They call and hang up and don't say anything. I run a small biz and don't have time for this. I changed my phone service to sonictalk.net . Now when ever they call they get a message from me telling them to stop calling and they are not welcome here. I can do this with any number that calls me. You can also forward them to another # like the do not call list. This is really fun. I almost can't wait for someone else to call and hang up on me. I recommend you drop your phone company and switch to sonictalk were you have control of these people. The number is 1-866-923-0985.

Yeah I just got a message to call back this number and as I called and was placed on hold I looked it up and this is where it got me. Finally they came back on the line and asked for a Jose Tomayo something like that. I told them I did not know who that person was and they said my number would be taken off the system. That was easy other times I havent been so lucky.

Just got a letter from these people and the system hangs up on me every single time, I don't have any debt and since I am in the middle of buying another house, it does worry that it might come up on my credit report. What do I do?

I have not recieved a call from them but it is slightly more interesting than that, i recieved a letter in the mail telling me i could settle my husbands debt for 40% of the total (a debt i'm sure we didnt make) when i tried to call the number wont work, i get the recording that this number cannot be reached at this time so i logged onto the website the letter gives, 1 there is no working email address for them and 2 the phone number they have turns out was registered to a former tenet of the house, the number has long since been turned off. i'm guessing thats why they arent calling me, it'd take half a brain to figure out that that wasnt my number.

i have receiverd call from same number and when i call back they ask me for referance number and also it gives recording inatially that the conversation wiil be recorded for collection purpose
when i ask which company and which bill
he reply like drunk sky and then he leave me alone

Yeap! A pre-recorded "urgent" message from a debt collection agency named AssetCare Inc. regarding "an un-paid debt" and a request to please call right away. We call the 866-429-3591 number and Beverly quickly put us on hold for 25 minutes.  But, the time was well spent googling the number and reading all the comments associated with these nuts while listening to some nice music.  Missed a big chunk of American Idol :-(

They are calling on my 25c-per-minute cell phone, which is on the Do Not Call registry. Leaving automated messages regarding "uncollected debt" and asking to call back and reference ER9200. I don't have any debt and had this phone for about 2 years alerady. Called back, but was put on hold and hung up.

They've been calling for like a year now.  It's a zombie collection agency.  They try to collect money from past unpaid bills that are past the statute of limitations and cannot be collected on anymore. All they can do is harass you in hopes they get cash.  I ignore the calls from this scam agency.

Same, just started getting the daily calls a few days ago.  Haven't called the number.  Don't intend to now that I've read all the web postings about them.  Thanks

These idiots have been repeatedly calling my Dad who is a 74 year old Senior Citizen. They leave absolutely no identifying information at all on his answering machine. He has had the same phone number for over 20 years now and has NEVER been late on any kind of bill and therefore had no reason for a collection agency of any sort to be contacting him! I have read the posts here and these people are rude jerks. I told the person I spoke to to take my Dad's name and phone number off their list for the person they were trying to contact and if they contacted my dad again they would be reported to Missouri's Attorney General's office. This smells like a huge RAT to me. Anyone else agree?!?! Sounds like a SCAM scaring older people into sending money they don't and NEVER DID owe on a bill!!!!

I get calls from this number back to back to back, sometimes at 5:00 in the morning! I want it stopped!!!

I got a call from them 2 days ago...not at home... no message. I've had this phone number for 38 years and have no debt anymore that they would be calling about. Also on the DNC regisry. Such a scam. I guess people have to make minimum wage somehow.

Repeatedly getting calls from 866 429 3591, even though I have informed them that I don't have location information for the relative they are looking for.

They refuse to give a mailing address so I can mail a cease and desist.

I will give it to my attorney.

Found an address in Dallas Tx. (I live in Texas).

I received a call from these people and called with a reference number they provided; they said there a debt collection agency.  But after initially waiting for a few minutes for a live person to come on this obviously "off-the-streets" person answered and the immediately put me on hold as soon as I sad that someone had left me a voice mail message.  I called back again after having waited for a few more minutes and the exact same thing happened! The same type of person answered after a while and the put me back on hold as soon as I said that someone had left me a voice mail.

I've also beeen getting these annoying calls everday at 3:30 for the past 2 weeks now,and same as everyone else in here they give you a reference
# to call back.when I finally got to speak with someone they told me they're a collection agency, but I'm sure I don't have any debts, when I asked where this debt was from they told me it was from an Sprint cell phone I had gotten in 2004 which is completely false as I've never had service with Sprint.They also offered I could settle the account by paying 40% of the total amount wich doesn't make any sense at all,and they also said that 40% offer was only valid if I paid it immediately ovar the phone wiht a debit or credit card which I refused.
