THESE VULTURES CALLED ME AND ASKED TO VERIFY PERSONAL INFORMATION...IT MUST BE A SCAM NO LEGIT COMPANY WOULD EVER CALL YOU AND ASK FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFO. tHEY KEEP CALLING 3 OR 4 TIMES A DAY AND I REFUSE TO ANSWER.

We don't have a bank account with fifth third bank. We bank with PNC, this number has just started calling our house recently 8003414777 which says it's fifth third bank. I answered it the last time they had called said it's card services calling about a recent transaction on my credit card. Yeah right, we don't own a CC from Fifth third, will be talking to a manager filing police reports for phone harassment and FTC, as well. This is borderline harassment calling three and four times a day. If you pick up when they call and hang up right away, they immediately call back. So it makes me really suspicious. Filing reports in the AM. As I cannot do anything on a Sunday. But their automatic recording tells me it's going to keep doing it? reported to the local telephone company, as well. LOSERS!!!!

Calls multiple times per day, but NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE.
This company has called me a record 23 TIMES IN A 16 HOUR PERIOD WITH NO VOICEMAILS.

I'm a step away from obtaining legal assistance.

What if they are calling you al the time, from different numbers, and you do not have an account nor have any loans taking out at all.

Sorry meant all the time. They call up to 20 times a day, diff numbers but always some guy named Doug. I have no credit cards, have never taking a loan, and do not bank with them. I am 29 and have great credit, so why are they calling? If I call back I can never talk to a person, it's just a message, and they call at wried times, so I never get to pick up.
Ugh.

This amount of calling is harassment!!    It is time you give up!!   Nothing will come your way!!

This company keeps calling us when I already told them that we already refinanced

I have our home equity with 5/3.  I always pay within the 10 day grace period.  It all depends on how we get paid that month.  But its always within the grace.  Well they will call and harass you if its within the grace period.  My husband just called freaking out.  Then if I call to make a payment they ask why I am late.  Um my closing docs say I have a 10 day grace.  Its crazy!!! I cannot stand them!

We have received 5 calls.  Nobody on the other end says anything.  From what I have looked up, it seems to be Fifth Third Bank.

Ths nmber calls every30 minutes or so. clls ou a eight o'clock on a sunday morning. they re  purely a harassment company.

payment has been paid by saving the dream contacted our counselor and she informed me that everything has been paid and up to date. 5/3RD continues to call 15 or more times daily this is harassement and im getting tired of the calls who has time to deal with this

How about all of yopur people whining pay your bills on time and we wont have this problem.  Funny I dont get calls ever.  Quit blaming everybody but yourselves.  Get it together and live within your means

[***]!!!!!!!!!!! I have an auto loan paid on time or if it is late I pay the late fee for over a year. Fifth Third will only accept a credit card from their  bank so if you want to use a credit or debit from your bank you're screwed. I was told last month April when I tried to make a payment with them over the phone I have a 15 day grace period some unexpected things came up so my payment that was due on the 30th had to wait but I thought I was okay since I was told I had the grace period. Starting at 8am on May 1s t til probably after 9pm I have received multiple phone calls every day. I could understand if I was routinely late or months behind.  I don't understand the harassment when I have good credit history and the loan is paid each month, I mean what is the point of a GRACE PERIOD!!! They are the only bank that handles things this way that I have dealt with. Oh btw I send the payment directly to them on the 12th of the month  through my bank within the grace period.Iit has cleared my bank...but yet they are still calling as of today. hmmmm???

Yeah, they call me all the time. Last year they lost about $1000
In car payments I sent them in money orders. They called harassing me ,then stupidly made the comment "oh,we've been having problems with our mail delivery for a few months now" I'm like WTF!?
DON'T YOU THINK SOMEONE SHOULD'VE BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THIS? "She, vaguely ignored the question.
When asked about several harassing calls, she claimed that noone had called...
