Clearly, Phillips & Cohen are  bottom feeders and are debt junk buyers trying to wring a few bucks out of the deceased next of kin.  BLOCK the number.  They called trying to collect on my deceased mother in law.  Last time I checked WE (my husband and I) are not responsible for any remaining debts she may have had.

I have True Caller and this popped up as a spammer call , I called it back and it said it was Philip cohen and assc. Guess it's a debt collector  from theses comments . My sisters husband passed a year ago and now they want $? Well fat chance ! Why should anyone other than the person who incured  the debt pay one red  cent  to anyone ??? Think about it people !

They harassed my sister after my BIL died over an old credit card debt---even after they had been informed in writing he died with no estate, she was not legally responsible for his debts and to stop calling. I tried to talk her into getting a lawyer and go after them for violating the cease communication order, but she refused. I finally started blocking the calls---but that didn't stop them from calling and calling----and calling, and they did not stop until well over a year after my BIL died.

I received a call from this number which was a recording telling me that the warranty on my vehicle is about to expire and would I like to speak with a representative. Then the line went dead.

Yes..I too have gotten calls. I have NO debt...Period. niltch...nadda...none!  Have never had late payments &....I have paid every bill I have ever owed... & KEPT every reciept... Paid off when State of CT tried to collect taxes. AGAIN! . Thank God I had my receipts. KEEP  your receipts, folks! I might be old, but Im not STUPID.

This phone I just got this phone active not even 3 weeks and several calls have already started coming in asking about debt nobody listens when I tell them that he repeatedly call back what you think the voicemail is for

This number keeps calling my cell phone. Never leaves a message. Must be some sort of debt collector, looking for the guy who had this number prior to my receiving it. Non stop debt collector calls. Very annoying!
