They keep calling me from this ph number, and worse they left a message saying its not telemarketing!

They do career advising and tell you the schools in the area.  They get their information from online.  You might have accidentally submitted your phone number online when signing up for something or some service.  That's how they got mine.  You call the number back and tell them to remove your name from the system.  24-48 hrs they said and asked my name.  I just called so I'll see if they call back in two days.

I received two calls in an hour, so I called back, and told them to take my number off the list. She said I had inquired or someone had given them my number to inquire about schools, which is a complete lie. I never gave my number, and very few people have this number. She said it would take 72 hours to get it off the list.

calling everyday this week, never leave a voice mail, my room mate asked to take a message they said they were some kind of 'Staffing Advisors', sounds like a lie.

I live in Puerto Rico and I keep getting calls from this number at least time a week. How do you get them to stop it is annoying.

They called my FAX almost every hour today.  I finally called back and they are a college advisory organization.  They said they were calling back because I had left info on a website about looking into colleges.  This is untrue, my son is 7!

They said they would take my number off the list within 24-48 hours, they were very nice on the phone.  Lets see if it works.

I got a call from this number too yesterday. No message was left so I searched it online and was surprised to find out that they're harrasing a bunch of people.

They can keep calling me all they want because I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and they can waste their time all they want. (grins)

Career Advisors.. is who keeps calling. I have been getting a ton of calls from misc. places.. Ugh.. only advice is to change your number?

I was able to finally get through to this number. It is a continuing education funding company.

These people called me yesterday and I didn't answer. I called them back at around 1am because I was hoping I would get an answering machine telling me what the business was about. Someone actually answered at 1am! He answered the phone stating he was a career adviser and I hung up. I def didn't sign up for anything like that.

Called 10x within the last day.  Don't know who they are.

I get at least 10 calls from these people daily between my home phone and my cell phone, AND my room mates phone. How they got all these numbers is beyond me. I'm so glad I found this website, so now when they call again I can tell them to shove it.

seriously you people need to read what everyone else has said so you dont repeat the same thing over and over again

Everyday i get calls from this number as well as 4 others that start out with an 8...I never answer, they never leave a message. I answered twice in the last week to tell them to quit calling me but they hang up right after i pick up...who are these people?

Please be informed that there is no way to get them to stop calling unless you answer the phone and tell them. Or you can save the call with a name and set it's Ringer to "Silent".  It will ring but you will not hear it. This works for any number you do not want to accept.

This number just keeps calling me around the same time every night on my cell phone. I have not given my number out to anyone.. Infact, i just got this  number not even a month ago- 8665394654 is the phone number but i am not sure who it is. i called it back and someone picked up the phone and said something about education and carrer....

They ask for me saying my first name then they hang up. This has happened twice before

i've been getting repeatitive phone calls for the past 3 weeks from this number. every time i answer they dont speak and it hangs up.
