They call every day, have done so for years and years now...even when I changed my number I still got calls daily. They always threaten that I am being sued or arrested if I do not respond on a voice mail...the last automated VM had the name Christy Mills attached to it. This is a SCAMMER call.

Yes, I got the Christy Mills vm today.  I called to find out who they were, and they answer the phone Legal Department. One of the employees said that they were a group of lawyers and that the do not do collections. Then why are you calling me? Ugh, SCAMMERS!!!!

I received several voicemails from this phone number, all threatening legal action up to an including arrest!!  I don't owe anyone as per my credit report, so if a company was dumb enough to purchase a debt that is over 7 years, good luck.

This Christy Mills called from 443-863-5640.  Left a voice mail and said to call 866-568-4463.  This is scam people trying to get money.  Reported it to the ftc.

They said they were moving forward with a judgement against me. Credit score is still 800 and has been for a while now. They said something that is untrue “judgement against me” shouldn’t they be reported and fined for illegal business practices??

Someone from this number called and left a voicemail on my saying there were court proceedings or something. I called their number they left back 866-568-4463 and someone answered the phone and started reading off my social security number and home address. I asked what this was about he stated it was about a credit card from Delaware bank that I have back in 2008 and that I had stopped paying on it back in 2015 and that I owe 1500.00 dollars. When I started asking questions he got mad and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor then someone else came on the phone and even had information about my car. He told me I would go to jail for owing money and that I better contact an attorney. I contacted my county court office and they stated there is no pending court cases for me in the county. This is all so crazy!

Just got this call too.  Have had it before.  This time, I check here.  Sure does sound like a scam.  (Too bad there's no law enforcement in this area, but perhaps such add up to a certain percentage of US trade - ah well.  Politics.)  Same as other callers.  She also mentioned a name, in an uncertain connection, that sounded like, "Edward Lapinsee (Laugh and See?)" and made other threatening intimations.

Do I call saying that there is a claim in their office that they will have no choice but to move forward with by the end of the business day. No company name and not the first time I’ve had the same message that I need to contact them by the end of the day. They supposedly notified me about something, but since that’s not true, I’m going to say it is a scam. Previous messages have been from numbers with the same area code as my number, but always say to call this number. A legit company doesn’t use spoofed numbers.

Why would you call them and tell them that?

they are sending someone to my home for me to sign papers,

sending someone to my home to serve me papers, they have being leaving messages everyday.

Got this call also saying my social and birthdate are attached to a complaint

Keep getting messages from Kimberly Price, everytime I try to call back I get a vm...

They just called and said the exact same thing to me the I called my county and no info but the county made it seem like if your never served then there’s no case but they won’t even tell me who I owe..,

They called from. California number leaving a message to call 866-568-4463. I though it was a scam call so I asked to be removed from their list then the person went completely crazy calling me “nuts” and I’ll get my case information in the mail. I called back to ask who I owe or who’s trying to sue me and he was rude and disrespectful and hung up on ME several times. I still have no idea who’s taking me to court but I’m on edge because he had my car information and address
