These callers are people who get some kind of sick thrill being verbally abusive over the phone. They have anonymity, which is craved by this sort of twisted individual. They are basically sociopaths, who find it thrilling to get paid to harangue innocent people from the safety of their sad little cubicles. I have even heard stories of these degenerates masturbating while making these "collection" calls. These are the sickest of the scammers and fraudsters. Never engage them!

Keep getting this phone call from Christie Mill. I keep blocking but the same recording keeps coming through from a different number and locations. Very annoying
