I just got called from this number and also a local number same area code as me and also again from a Chicago Area code, all right after another left me a Christy mills vm and when I called back they asked for my number and they had all my info was really scary.  The guy was yelling at the top of his lungs, harassing words over and over and threatening  to sue or out in jail for wire fraud?!  I have never done any fraud in my life and I tried to explain that it had to be a scam or incorrect person, he was yelling telling me that I’m playing games but ok don’t worry we’ll pursue legal action so I said if you are legit you would mail me an official court notice not call me, he again yelled and said I was playing games and that it was ok because they would pursue legal action.  Then he hung up to call me again from a local number when I answered he said thank you for answering this is proof we will move forward with legal action and then hung up.  How can I call this person a professional?! Sounded like a complete scam, scare me into calling them back to give payment info?!

They called just saying they got a claim against me left no name and no instructions just a recorder repeating they have a claim on me 2 times then hung up and when I called the number back it kept hanging up on me

I called the courts and there is NOTHING they have against me.  I called PD for warrant- (I used to work for) NO WARRANT-

Yep the same christy mills called me from 6206829548 advised same generic we are moving forward with proceedings this has been documented etc call us at 866 5684463. Ha ha good luck I have a perfect payment history & almost perfect credit funny if I owed someone money I would have gotten bills or you owe notices before a lawyer can just start calling!! One of the other notes here the guy said when he called them they gave his ss# that is scary generic info like being able to see the type of car you have a loan for is one thing but wow! I work for a utility in my state & they call our customers only the ones that pay though sailing they owe money & will be disconnected etc.... it’s just sickening if these losers put the effort into a real job.... I told my husband having good credit is more stressful then bad WE have to worry constantly it’s gonna get stolen or trashed if it’s bad you just can get a loan :(  LOSERS!!! Anytime I get a weird call whether they leave a message or not I go to google & type in just the # & hit enter if no business name comes up I know it’s a scam even if it’s a real business but using a cell phone the # is usually attached to a name I don’t answer the calls & if they leave these kinds of messages I know it’s a scam no msg then I wonder so that helps me kinda verify & then not call back!!!

I received a call from the same person Christy Mills. The number came from 657-999-5204 but the VM message said to call 866-568-4463 saying that I have been notified per recorded message, and a claim was being filed. I know this is a fraudulent/Scammer call.

I gave them a fake name, address and social security number and AFTER I provided the fake details they said I was in default and owed some $2,000 for a check cashing loan.  HAHAHAHAHA!!!

This person calls my phone 20xs a day & leaves threatening messages abt an unknown judgement & states "You've been warned". Well okayyy Lol!

Got the same message. It's a scam!!! Even though they have your information don't give them any more information at all. Please don't send them any money or access to any accounts you have

I got a call from someone claiming to be Christy Mills. Right away I knew it was a scam because she said it was for my husband and my phone account isn't tied to his name. She claimed that she has a case against me and that she wants to address the problem by the end of the day (just a way to make you feel anxious and call back without thinking about how legitimate the call is.) She said to call 866-568-4463, which makes you think it's a legitimate toll-free number, but it's just a ruse. The phone number this scammer used to call me came in as 114632339021.

Just got this call today. Recording said she is Christy Mills and has a claim I didn't respond to and they have documented I was informed of claim and want to move forward by end of business day. It sucks that they actually trick some people into the scam. I wish these scammers nothing less than a terrible future. Thank you to all that have posted here.

These people called me every racial slur in the book.Called about something from 2010.Contacted the so call original Corporate office they claim I owed and they didn’t have any information.They are known scammers and the company gave me information to call the FTC and report them.I get a credit report every month anyway.They stated I was going to jail and they were going to tell the judge everything.Complete scam!

Called, left a msg about a 'document ' in her office that she is moving forward with. I've reported, etc....   I called back- Wow- Rude, Calked me names, Yelled into the phone, hung up on me, would never disclose who this mysterious Christy Mills was? (Insert sarcasm drip) according to me Sherriff's Office-they are SCAMMERS
