- Concerned Citizen| 2 replies12/26/2019 I recieved a call and Voice Mail from "Christine Mills" stating there is a claim against me and that I have been notified. The phone number that showed that the call came from (978) 716-2104. The message stated for me to call her back at (866) 568-4463. I have received previous calls from different numbers that reference the same scam and 866 number.

- AnonymousReceived a call from 870-619-2207 from a Christy Mills, something about I have already received documentations and they will proceed with further actions. Referred to 866-568-4463, called the number and some man answered the phone whom could not identify himself, very rude and unprofessional. Asked to speak with his supervisor caller hung up. I don't owe anyone and think these people need to be reported for fraud. God forbid they come to my home and try to serve me anything without there being consequences. Good luck to whomever and whatever they are looking for.

- AJReceived the same call from someone by the name of Christy Mills. She said there was a claim against me. This is definitely a SCAM!!!! These people need to be stopped. I could not find any information for this phone number. Legitimate companies do not use phony numbers.

- Donnareceived call from 8665684463... said it was Christy Mills... claimed they had served me papers and were suing me for something... no details, no companies... this is a scam people... DO NOT CALL THEM BACK, DO NOT BE WORRIED!! Block this number on your phone. There are a LOT of these scare tactic scams like these going on. If you were legitimately being sued, you would receive REAL court paperwork, with a real court date, in a real court, with a real, existing debt you owe.
- Caller: Christy Mills, Fake Legal

- SandraThey called from a different # in my area code but this was the callback number. Using a wrong last name and referencing a debt I know I do not owe. They're just trying to scam people out of money using scare tactics.

- Justine Case replies to 🙄| 4 repliesI just want to know how do they get our information? I called them back a numerous amount of times today because they had me panicked. The third time I got them on the phone and told him I was going to pay them and how much do I owe so I can settle it. LOL they said it totally different amount. So I said a crude remark and was met with one back and I hung up. I'm going to block their numbers. I just want to know how they got my information? Where is it coming from? It's personal stuff. If they got that what else can they get?

This is the 21st Century. You have no privacy. Everything you post, give to businesses, etc. is out there and most of it is for free. Some of the biggest data merchants are Facebook et.al, Google, your State DMV, and Lexis Nexus. Only way to avoid it is to go off the grid and move into a cave. They can get whatever they want.Quote:I just want to know how they got my information? Where is it coming from? It's personal stuff. - Gunnar replies to BigAYou're correct my friend. In addition, what's out there for free can be bolstered by visits to the "Dark-web". Info. is peddled to Scammers 24Hrs. a day. The dirt-bags in the scam world hate the fact that many of us have access to the same sites that they depend on. We know how their scams work, we know where they purchase their "Portfolios" & we know how little they pay for their "Info."
I always encourage people to visit or call their local Clerk of Courts offices when they're threatened by a Scammer. The Scammers hate that advice. They know how easy it is to expose their Scams. All it takes is a little knowledge. Which is something that Scammers sorely lack.

- Annette replies to GinaI received a text from christine mills , about I should call urgently. And a man called named Alexander nichols with docket no. And a phone no. to call him and knew what county I lived in to serve me. WHAT SCAM ARTISTS! I called TD bank that I use to be with and they said I never owed anything.
- Sherry Slatosky replies to AnonI also got a recorded message from an unknown number from Christi mills alledging a claim was filed in their office and the recorded message was my notification. No business name. I called the number listed on the voicemail back 1-866-568-4463. He refused to tell me the name of the company he worked for and kept asking for my name and contact info. I hung up and blocked.
- Sara| 1 replyLet me tell you my experience with this number from a couple years ago, and to this day I’m still being harassed by them. I will point out that I DID have a past due with a local pay day loan however, that has since been cleared and taken care of. Now, to get to my main post. These people are the lowest of low. They buy old debts that aren’t even valid anymore and they tag on their own made up amount on how much you owe, when in reality you owe nowhere near that. They got me at a time that I was vulnerable and I fell for it. I got my money back by filing a dispute with my bank, but to this day they. Still. Call. They claim to be a group of lawyers, and other times claim to be collection agents. When I had traced my debt through alllllll of the collection agencies that had at one point had it, this specific one was not one of them. I’m fact, the very last one that had it said they had dismissed it years prior. They will threaten to sue you, take you to court, send you to jail, have someone coming over ASAP to arrest or deliver papers, or that they’ll even take your tax return. NONE of this is true. They are what lawyers refer to as ‘fly by night collection agencies’. They’ll never mail you proof of your debt and 9/10 they don’t even have your correct address let alone your FULL social. So whatever you do, do NOT verify ANYTHING with these people. I learned the hard way from this but thankfully was able to get my money back. I’m just wanting to warn those and tell those not to worry about this. Don’t fall for their crap!

When all you needed to do was to make them follow the law. Now that you are marked as an "easy mark" since you paid them without making them prove anything they keep calling you.Quote:When I had traced my debt through alllllll of the collection agencies that had at one point had it, - post pending moderator approval
- SJSomeone left a message for my brother who has been deceased for 9 years stating he had a claim and to call Kristie Mills with questions. I called to let them know that my brother passed away and I got hung up on. I called back and asked why he hung up on me and he stated I was being a rude b*tch. Seriously..... I got hung up on again. Tried one more time, and it was recording. Unreal!
