This Kristy mills called left many messages . Saying the same thing about court leagel actions. Guess what. I did bankruptcy.  I owe noone..good luck 👍.  My second chance is going well with me paying all my bills on time. In full . So ill have to tell them to call my lawyer. Hahaha

when calling them back . Says I've reached 311 leave a message after the tone. Hahaha

Do not pay these clowns anything.   Even if you did owe something the debt is stale.  The statute of limitation has run out for any civil action and if the last movement on the debt was over 7 years there is nothing they can do.  They can't even put it on your credit report.
I like to mock them when they call.  Just call the person a [***] and hang up.

Received another call from them today. Seems like if you don't respond to their first message they call back monthly. Do not answer, do not give into their threats. The only reason these folks are still sending messages is because someone is giving in and giving them money. Please do your research and protect yourself. I have nothing on my credit nor any open cases with my county/local courts. It's a shame that these people have to resort to illegal means to make their money. I know times are tough, but threatening and frightening consumers that may have (or may not have) had these debts is the lowest of the low. I'm hopeful, one day, these fools will get caught.

I got a call from this number my child answered the phone. They told my autistic child that if her mommy did not give them 800 dollars toady they were comming to arrest her mommy and send her to foster care.

I had a voicemail from Christy Mills stating she is moving forward by end of day and stated that I have been notified, and claim verified, to call 866-568-4463. Called number and was hung up on.

This woman called and told me I owned money for an unpaid credit card from 2014. I said I don't recall having that Bank's Card. I also if they want to take me to Court we can resolve it in Court. This is when she spent at least calling me very disrespectful names like "old ugly broke [***]!" I was born quite attractive and still am as a senior citizen.  No brag just fact!!! However, I am concerned why these people can't be prosecuted and stopped with this nonsense? Lastly, I offered prayer since I figured she must be the real broke one and needed help so she wouldn't have to harass and try to scam seniors out of their money! Be cafeful who you calling because God fights my battles! #YOUHAVEBEENWARNED.

It is illegal for them to lie about arrest or court cases. They spoof the phone numbers so its hard to find out where they are. NO ONE is going to call and tell you they are bringing papers. Block and unless you have a sheriff serve you don't be concerned. Scammers.

I received the same call from Christy Mills today.  They bought very old non collectable & suitable debts penny for a dollar from creditors and try to threaten people into paying. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ANYTHING.  There isn't a damn thing they can do about it.

I was taken $350 last Friday and they said they would send me a receipt and they didn't so I got a private detective working on my case and they are a scam as hell be careful people they took they took my money I had to borrow money to them and they told me that cop will be at my house to serve me papers go to court scam scam scam bad people

Was told that I owed debt from 2014/2015 and I knew I had no debt. He was cussing and threatening me to take me to court and said the paperwork will come in the mail. He said I had to pay today to avoid going to court. Gave me a “Doc#” and hung up on me. When I called back I got someone new. They where yelling and threatening me and hung up again. Then I preceded to call back a third time. Got another person. Beware they call from one number, but leave messages to call another number. There are a few different people in that company that call and they have different names for the company. It’s all BS.

This ma. Called and said my name and last four numbers of my s.s. but didnt say it. So i asked him what isvit if u called me u should know it he got mad and hung up.

They told me they are try to collect a debt that I paid off last year and told me if they take me to court it will cost me $2,500 plus court cost . I told them that I can make a payment on the first gave them my card information and then some thing told me to look up the phone number . Well I called my bank and I am getting a new card .
