they keep calling me about a civil complaint, saying something about a lawsuit. i didnt pick up any of the calls. it tursn out theyre bothering me about a credit card from like 10 years ago. that has already been removed from my credit reports. any advise?

These clowns called my sister today and "Investigator Schneider" (hilarious)told her I was being sought for a civil case.  He even gave her a phony case number and the name of the complaintant. Watch out for these bottom-feeders!  They prey on consumers for info and money.

This jack [***] calls himself an "investigator".......... "Schneider.  He has called yesterday & today leaving a threatening message on my answering machine, saying the same as all of the above people are saying.  He threatens that if my brother doesn't call him within 48 hours they will take civil action.  Whatever! I told him that yesteray.  I told him I knew he was some kind of collections idiot and never to call me again!  Please tell me who else I can report him to!!!

I also received information that Integrity Financial Investigative Services at 866-571-7616 was contacting several family members inquiring about my location in reference to a soon-to-be-filed civil suit against me.  Interestingly, two of my siblings were called in Dec. and just today I got a call from another of my brothers saying he had received a call from the same number.  Even more interesting is the fact that my home number is LISTED and I have been at the same address for 10 years.  If this were legitimate and legal, they would have no problem "finding" me.

Asking to speak to me in regards to an important personal buisness matter.

Taylor Hickman calling and threatening litigation on a family member who does not even live here... I refuse to answer the calls and allow the answering machine to record her accusations.  I am contacting the Attorney General's office to file a complaint.

Just got one asking if I knew (gave the last known married name of my X wife). Asked about her current location. I informed them that I had not seen her for about 15 years and they broke the connection. It is very likely that she skipped on a debt or wrote a hot check.

Caller ID said TOLL FREE CALL.  Was looking for family member and another person with same last name. I asked him if he was familiar with the DO NOT CALL list. He said he wasn't selling anything and that he was an investigator. I hung up....

Investigator Williams from Integrity Financial Investigative Services phone # 866-571-7616 ext.312 has been harassing members of my family far and wide even including a divorced person and their family looking for me. The last msg they left for one of my family members was if I did not call them back, they would file a civil action in court for where I live. This person has called PA, TX, & Chicago and I don't live in any of those states. This person knows the county where I live so I have no clue as to what this is about and all members of my family are getting frustrated and disgusted as they can't get rid of this person.

Got call form Investigative Financial Services, today (032509 1704hrs Eastern, 866-571-7616). Seeking info about my "x".
Real serious attitude..."Ms. Janelle Nicks" 'has multiple complaint cases i.e."LBK24788" and I was listed as an emergency contact' (sure, my "x" and I have been divorced for more than 20 years).
I got as much info from "Ms. Nicks" as I could and thern told her, 'Thanks for the call, bye, bye.'

I've gotten several calls on my answering machine from some idiot named Peter Kelly saying that if he did not hear from the person he was trying to contact within 48hrs, he would have to take action. No doubt this dude is a scammer.I just wish this moron would die soon so he would leave me alone.

Girl Friend received a call from Integrity Financial Investigative Services and the Lady talked very fast and threatened legal action on an old credit card dept that was written off 14 years ago.  Check the web and found there are many people complaining about this company and I am filling a complaint to the Attorney General of both California and Georgia.  If some else will do the same the Attorney Generals will take action to help stop this company from continuing to harass people.  In the complaint be sure to include the dates and times the calls were placed to your number or the other person they called about you.  Phone records will be helpful in a law suit.

These guys are the real deal, I just got served a summons yesterday to appear in court, and now my wages may be garnished! Listening to these guys on here will only have you in court! I'm just upset I didn't take care of this earlier when they gave me the opportunity!

This bunch just called me a few moments ago.  Something about a civil complaint filed against me and gave me some sort of case number that I tried to verify in my county... did not exist.  These guys are NOT the real deal.  Don't be intimidated by them or their threats.  I will report these scavengers to the State Attorney General office.  The statute of limitations on this sort of stuff is normally 4 years as it is in my state!  IF you should have to go to court, you can fight it based upon your states statute of limitations.  The judge will just laugh at these folks.

I have done my home work against them and so should you and do not be scared one bit, get a good laugh.  This is not my first filing against debt collectors who use illegal tactics in order to intimidate the consumer into paying.  Eventually they get shut down.  The last several have been closed as the FTC does not fool around.
