I got a call from this week, I called back today and right away Investigator Kelly Peterson starts talking 100 miles a second!  She says I owe a payday loan from Jan 2005 charged off Aug. 2005 which I do not recall ever getting a loan for that much!  They are now threatening to sue...I live in TX and loan company is out of GA...since this is 4 yrs old isnt over the SOL?

I told her I was going to consult with an attorney before agreed to do anything.  Mostly becuase I dont recall the debt, but now Im worried I could get sued.

contact your lawyer, they are scamming. not a legal company. i contacted my lawyer after getting off of the phone with them . they claimed they sent dozens of letters to previous addresses including relatives. no one saw any of these so called letters. the court threats are not valid. cancel your account. the number they called from is 18665717616 ext 322.

Guy called with same story as in post above. Also called me and said since my account did not go through I would be filed up to 1000.00 per incident.
Call Consumer Law Center at 323-988-2400. They will file a lawsuit against these idiots for you They violated 3 or maybe more debt collection procedures with me.

I just received a call from them from a Invesitgator Peter Smith, they called my brother inlaw also and now my entire family is worried about this call, I am so upset I am getting a lawyer.

caller asking for my son, said she was Danielle Porter an investigator looking for my son in reference to a civil complaint. Would not give any info. about the complaint, just that she has to talk to him. She gave me the phone number 866 571 7616 ext 307. She also gave a case number for when he calls. When he called it was about the same thing that a man called about 4 or 5 months ago. A quick loan at a quick loan joint. He told the man and Porter he works for a bank, why would he go to a quick loan joint when he gets better rates and no calls from people like her.
 I think the best thing to do is when they call for someone tell them, Sorry but the person is dead.

This company called my brothers father in law 3 times, even after he told them not to call him again. Tehy called me twice at work, AFTER i told them not to call me. I finally called them back and they said i had a civil law suit against me for $2000 on a 6 year old debt of only $600., but they would work it down and settle for 800. I asked for an address, and for a break down or bill to be sent to me in paper to show me they were legit and  Director Reed....familiar name in these posts....stated they dont do that and only accept cc or banking accounts. After this i became suspicious and researched them online. Thanks to all of you for saving me from being scammed!

Received a call at my office from someone who said they were an investigator in regard to my son.  Thinking it was some type of emergency situation, like an accident, I called back right away only to discover it was a rude person claiming he needed to get a hold of my son because of a civil case.  When I asked what type of case he's talking about, he would not provide that information.  When I asked for their location, he refused to give it and when I asked wether this was some type of emergency concerning my son, he said he couldn't tell me, continuing to be rude and threating me because I said  "why the hell" can't you tell me that information when you called me and got me all upset thinking my son might be in some kind of accident or something?  So, I continue to ask wether the case was related to an accident or finances and he would not tell me, saying that it's not his fault how I might interpret the call!

He continued to try to scare me with his rudeness and I hung up on him.  I did some research of my own and found that they are low life debt collectors and am planning to file a complaint with the Attorney General in Atlanta, Georgia where they are located.

I have received countless calls from these people, always saying Investigator so and so looking for my son. I refuse to give out an info-they are extremely rude!

These people are harrasing me for a debt that is in SOL status.

I received a call from the same company today at my work ( Integrity Investigative Services ) I like how he left out the Financial part of their "business name "  .. but it came in from a tollfree # ... Detective Jason Stevens left a ref # and a call back # 866.571.7612 .... he has called several times , so out of curiosity I googled the company and luckily found this site , THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE !!  ... at this point Im not even going to bother calling them back again , and have filed my complaint with the FTC for good measure ... I  had already applied ID theft security to my SS# with the 3 agencies. As of now no one else has been contacted on my behalf that I am aware of  , guess I will just wait and see what happens next ... I work for an attorney so it should be pretty good times if he dare call me back ...........

I received a phone call at my place of employment this morning, Wednesday, April 14, 2010 from a Sam Givens.  He is a special investigator for Integrity Financial.  Although I didn't answer the initial phone call, he left a message with my co-worker Ms. Lee.  He left a reference number and his number and extension.  I called him back and he asked me if I had been served some papers from an attorney, Jeffrey Gouldman & Associates?  I was stunned and lost for words for about 10 seconds; but once I put my thinking cap on, I began asking the questions.  He referenced a debt of $1,186.00 that I have with a check cashing company.  What?  What check?  Payday check cashers are just as bad as them.. If I had to borrow $1,186.00 to pay other bills, when will I be able to pay Payday check cashers the $1,186.00?  I ended up calling Consumer Affairs in Columbia, SC and they instructed me to complete a complaint form so that they can do some research on this Integrity Financial.  

I was so pissed from the call, I called back and I was sent to Director Reed and guess what friends?  He placed me on hold for a few minutes and he came back and said to me: "let me make sure that we've dotted all of our iiiii's and crossed all of our t's.  Then he came back to the phone and said that they are just a processing center and they were given this account and I never paid it since it has been passed to at least 4 agencies in the past years.  I told them to kiss my A _ _.

Please friends, don't let these [***] get away with anything.  Call consumer affairs in your state and see what the Statute of Limitation is for a debt to be collected even if the debt is not yours, just know the rules.  Many states don't allow companies to sue for a debt.. Maryland does, Virginia does...Just know.......Stay on top of your game.  Continue to report these frauds because they are buying our credit profiles and trying to collect old debts that have been charged off many years ago.  I am so fricken pissed. I am also going to call Headline News and ask them to run some of our stories.

I got a message today from this phone # from a investagtor Abstien and about 8 months ago same company from a Simon with same stuff Civil Case. Do not give these people anything there not legitate and trying to get cc information and payment right then they will call 5 times in a row and the caller id will show all 0's or 9's when they call sometimes the phone is very soft with like wind in the background very crazy........

This place called where I work three times in the last week asking for someone who worked here over 6 years ago.  I got the case number off the recording and called back with it.  I simply asked for them to stop calling us.  The man on the phone instantly got defensive and said that I didn't need to get like that.  I was shocked for a moment because I had not taken a rude tone at all.  I was just going to tell him after she worked for us she went on to another company and I even told him to calm down I had some information for him and he said he didn't need my information so I said fine and hung up.  Man someone was having a bad monday

Two of my family members have received calls from this company, telling them that I'm being investigated for fraud.  They claim there is a civil case pending against me as well.  Needless to say, it scares my family half to death.  Do not pay them a dime, or give them any information.  Report them to the BBB.

They called and left a message on our home phone claiming they were investigating a claim filed against us. I returned the call and we were told that they were representing a law firm of Jeffery Guzman and that we owed the law firm $1300 for a payday loan. When I questioned "Investigator Donahue" about the amount out the payday loan or her first name she refused to give up information.

I am, unfortunately, some dumb person who fell for this. I got the call from Peter Smith and he kept telling me they were going to prosecute unless I pay $600. I paid it. 2 months later I heard about someone else having the same thing happen to them and realized it was a scam:( Do you or anyone else know what I can do to try to get my money back? Thank you in advance for any help!
