- MICHEAL S.| 1 replyThese are the most understanding folks I've ever dealt with, I am so glad they called me in reference to this debt, I had totally forgot about this debt I am law abiding citizen and I can't stand to know I have an outstanding debt even if it is old I was taught good values by my parents and one of the 10 (commandments) is I shall not steal. Thank you "Integrity Financial Investigative Services"

- collectors-r-criminals replies to MICHEAL S.Oh that's PRECIOUS! You know, you can intimidate a lot of your unsuspecting victims on the phone, but if you expect anybody to buy that load of BULL on here, well, I'd say it's time for you to head back to the boiler room.
Yo mama didn't teach you not to LIE THROUGH YOUR TEETH or anything like that did she? Guess not LOL. - Atty. John Sims| 1 replyI received a call from this office a while ago. I didn't know what this was about at the time of the call, but they started informing me of a pass due bill that was created in college. I begin to listen to what the young man was saying to try to see if this was some type of scam. I have been dealing with the F.D.C.P.A for the past 20 years. As the conversation progressed the young man was stating that this was a civil matter that a group of Atty.are preparing to file suit for the balance of the account.I did not recall the balance of the account because of the length of time it has been. The young man stated that there could be a possible judgment placed if this moves forward. I take pride in doing the right thing.I also know that I didnt finish this. What debtors fail to understand is that even though there is a SOL in place, if someone picks up a bad debt that has not been resolved that company is allowed to persue the individual by filing suit and if a judgment is placed that starts the SOL all over for another 15-25years. So to sum it all up I ended up paying the debt, and recived a balance paid letter. I felt better after I completed this.

Just because we know the laws protects us, we should not use the law as a safe haven when we are in the wrong or forget to pay or debt.- Caller: IFIS
- collectors-r-criminals replies to Atty. John SimsI guess if you pretend to be an attorney on the phone when you're intimidating your victims, it's only natural for you to pretend to be an attorney here when making such a stupid fake post.
You guys come on here a lot, don't you. Typical incompetent collector! You belong back in the boiler room, enjoy it while you can before you go to jail. Pretend to be an attorney when you're in the federal pen and see how that goes over! - collectors-r-criminalsI have a lot of time on my hands. Maybe if I spent more time working instead of surfing the web playing "grumpy smurf". The world would be in a better place. People like me are the reason that the credit card company are asking for a bailout. (Just Pay who ever you owe.)As for the comment from the Atty Sims, Thanks!
There's alot truth to what you stated.
Collectors-R-Criminals I could careless about IFIS never even heard of the company but some of my co-works who work for a real collection agency are getting a real kick out of reading your comments. Its in between Fred Sanford & Archie Bunker!!- Caller: Collectors-R- Criminals
- BobThey called and left a message claiming they were a detective with the local sheriff's office processing a civil complaint, the case # they gave was not a valid court case #. Turns out they are trying to track down my mother inlaw about a rental house from 5 years ago.
Deceptive and probably illegal practices.- Call type: Debt collector
- BobBTW: Has anyone actually been taken to court by these people ? Threatening to sue people with no intention of actually doing so if a violation of The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I would think impersonating a court or law enforcement agent would also be against the law.

- Rev. OconnorYour call came from http://ifisc.com/ Integrity Financial Investigative Services 1650 Powers Ferry Road Building 2, Suite 300 B Marietta, Georgia 30067 1-866-571-7671 the moron calling me every other day is asking for some one named Vronica. I have filed a state as well as a federal harassement via phone complaint. Maybe a federal fine of a few hundred thousand dollars will get them to stop!! This started 3 1/2 months ago, I came home to a message on my answering machine telling me I had 48hr to call Mike back or he would start a civil complaint, WHAT?? So I called and asked them to stop.. at least twice a week for the last 3 1/2 months this has gone on. So today I gave a call to my attorney generlas office and filed a complaint, I also went on-line and filed a federal complaint under 47 U.S.C.S. 227.. Maybe it will stop now.

- CharlesGot a call from this same company and they gave the same ole story. Ms Jessica Raye calling from Integrity Financial Investigative Services supposedly from MD. Claiming that a civil suit was pending and that I was the defendent. Even provided a case number that, of course, was fake. I called back and asked many questions. Bottom line is that they claim they will send a court summons and sue if you dont agree to pay immediately. And as with previous postings, this debt is at least 7 years old and not on my credit report!

- DMGMr. Anthony Allen left a message saying that a suit was being filed against me at the Courthouse and they were just letting me know. I returned the call. He said he didn't have any of the information regarding this debt, because he was just and investigator and a suit cannot be filed against me without my knowledge. However, he "may" be able to help me settle the debt for a lesser amount. That if I went to court, it would cost more. I said it wouldn't cost me anything because I didn't owe anything. He tried to get me to confirm my information, but I said no and I would contact the Courthouse myself.

- Canuck LawyerI just read "Atty. John Sims" 16 July post. What a pile of crap!
I am a Canadian lawyer and although our laws are a bit different, I can assure you all that once a statute of limitations has expired, there is no collectible debt. Do not pay these ancient debts, and do not acknowledge that any debt is owed (which in some jurisdictions can reset the limitation period if it has not already expired). Instead, ask them to produce evidence in writing of any debt which they claim is owed. Chances are, they have nothing and if they do, that it will be clear from the documents, that the limitation period has expired. Don't let yourselves be bullied. - NOT FALLING FOR THIS| 1 replyThis number belongs to a company that calls themselves Integrity Financial Investigative Services Inc.C/O SBS 1640 Power Fairy Rd Building2 Suite 300B Marietta, GA 30047. This is a fraudulent scam company that will try to get your personal account information for a past debt or fake debt. They do not provide any written proof of validation and will pressure you to "settle immediately" if they call you get names etc and file complaints with the GA Attorney General's Office, FTC, and on WW.FRAUD.COM
They have also posed as a company called Legal Action Recovery and used the same scam tactics- Caller: Integrity Financial Investigative Servic

I got the call a few minutes ago. The voice of the man was mumbling and gave a different name that isn't mine nor my husband. I felt chills in my spince then I thought this could be a bogus call. Otherwise, I should have received a letter from my county. Thanks for the headsup!- Caller: Integrity Financial Investigation Servic
- CristaThis number called me last week. I saved the voice mail and decided to upload it in my pc via the media files. Then, I called them and a woman answered. I then played the voicemail from one of their "investigator REYNOLDS." The woman was pissed and said, "So what is this supposed to mean?"
I then cut the call. A second later, the number manifested again inn my cf. Called twice. I sent it to my voicemail but no message was left. Interesting how these scammers/idiots work!
Document them! Save their voicemail and then get your PC head phone and record the voicemail to your PC media files then call them back and play it! It is a shocker for them knowing that they are being watched!!!!- Caller: Integrity Financial Investigation Servic
