- VictimCalled and claimed lawsuit was started and subpoena served; neither was true!! Asked for SSN and other info, DO NOT PROVIDE. I called back and asked for address to send leter, but they would not provide! Told them about the Fair Debt Collection laws, and they said they do not apply to this company (not true!). Called again and they hung up! If they were legitimate, they would provide their information freely; clearly they are phishing or defrauding people. Please report to the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs (404.651.9018) and the FTC web page given above. These guys are frauds.

- Victim replies to Engin EerIgnore this post; clearly it was posted by the scammers at Integrity Financial. All calls come from "investigators" and if you ask to go up the chain of command, they will give you a "director," but he's no different.
- tj| 1 replyI keep getting calls from these ppl and they are now calling my ex boyfriend of like ten years ago..saying they need information on me. I dont know who else they are calling. The message says its "investigator" Jim Henry and site a case number. They also leave a message saying that I have been named in a court case and if I dont return the call I will lose the case. I have not returned their calls but am concerned as to how to get them to stop! And what of my personal information they have!
- uouranidiot replies to ALLYIt is very clear you have an afilliation with these clowns.
All they need is someone with money like me to get a call from them and sue their a$$es. You guys don't let stuff like this scare you. We have laws to protect you, also assuming the identity of "investigator" is impersonating a federal, state or local authirity and is punishable by jail time. That title can not randomly be assumed as an employee of anycompany. Also, if you have a real debt you can settle it for less than pennies on the dollar. Make sure you get a letter from them first clearing stating 3 things
1 the debt will be paid in full, not settled
2 no future company can contact you and lay claim to this debt at anytime in the future
3 the letter is provided to you before any pmt is made
They will try to scare you, don't fall for it. You can't.be arrested for a debt!
Also, if they threaten you or use abusive language that is considered domestic threats across state lines and is a Federal crime!!
Hope this helps some!! - fightback*good info below*.

If you or anyone they call tells them at any time they are not welcome to communicate with you via phone they have to follow that. Do not give contact info, they should already have it if they are calling you. It is very import to state that no one means anyone affiliated with their company in anyway. The "fair credit reportinf act" protects consumers from harrassing calls to anyone.
These guys are in Ga, report them to your state's atty general and also to GA atty general for same complaint.

- No answerThese guys have been calling my brother for about 2 months. Finally I told my him to give them my number...they didn't call me for over a month but kept calling them. I have now rec'd 2 calls and am not calling them back after reading these posts. I don't have any old debt and Jim Henry thinks I live in Crook County vs. Cook County...I've filed a complaint with the FTC. I suggest everyone do the same and include the companies website: http://ifisc.com/
- brown1-866-571-7676 called 4/13/09 and 04/14/09 claiming to have a civil complaint against me saying he's investigator frank murphy. also that if

- squwakingsquawthis number called my parents home looking for an old girlfriend of my fathers from when my parents were divorced 10 years ago. This woman was never associated with their number. Rick Alexander said that she had to call to settle things before it got much further. When called back, I too got John Henry,(aka) Tom Henry (aka) Jim Henry, who said Rick was in a meeting with one of the attorney's. What a load of crap! They didn't even answer the phone with a business name only answered it "INVESTIGATIONS" (AKA THE COLLECTION MAN!) This should definately fall under the ANTI-BULLYING LAWS!

- Attorney replies to ALLYAnd the reason you know this post is false is because serving a Summons gives you 20 days to answer (depending on what state you live in) and there is NO WAY that they could be garnishing a bank account already. They would have to have a judgment in order to get a garnishment order...and they have to wait until after the time you have to answer to get a default judgment. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING and BULLIES. Please report them if you have not already.
Also, they do have to abide by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Tell them that they cannot call you anymore and that all correspondence must be in writing...they have to abide. If they do not, you can file a lawsuit against them and win $1,000 for every occurrence where they violate the FDCPA...which would be each phone call after you inform them to stop calling you and correspond via mail. - concerned from the middle eastthey called my mom who is getting dyalisis treatments. im sure this raised her blood pressure a notch or two. I knew it was fake becuase my job that I have now demands that I have a pretty good credit report and no pending court or legal issues. They are fakes and I could tell right away when the lady I spoke to said the ïnvestigator" mom spoke to was not available and she "ran downstairs"to get my file. The so-called debt is more than 10 years old. They are fakes. Let them send something to you in the mail if they are real so that you can double check with BBB (Better Business Bueru) to say the least. These folks should be in jail. They are con-artist and they want you to send money dirtectly to them. They should be in jail really.

- INTEGRITYisNOTThis guy "FRANK" just called my mothers home, and left a message. My mother called me at work and told me that some [***] just called and left a VERY rude message about a civil suit, and even followed up with a "Good Luck..." as his closing, just before slamming the phone. I've been living on my own for over 10 years now... and no one has called my home. If they were a real or legit company they would have my home number and address... Every company can send you a collections letter... If it was a real firm, they could too... I was not able to find such a company on the BBB website. IF YOU WORK FOR INTEGRITY FINANCIAL INVESTIGATIONS SERVICES...SHAME ON YOU!

- college studentI got a call from this company while in class so I sent them to voice mail. The women who left the message spoke so fast that I has to listen 5 times. She said there was a financial investigation against me and that legal action would be taken. Finally, I spoke to a man by the name of Robert Wilenski. He was abusive. He threatend me with a civil suit, and garnishment of wages which I do not have because I am a student. He and I went back in forth for an hour. I was so afraid of the civil suit of over $5,000 that I gave him my boyfriends address and a prepaid debit number. I even agreed to pay $800 dollars. My boyfriend was so upset with me for giving out personal information. The lady that said she was the auditor tried to get my driving license number, I did not give it but I gave the last 4 of my social. She told me I should get an email today, but I did not. They also said I should get some mail in 7-10 days. I wrote everything down that I could. I went to the website they gave me ifisc.com and it is mess

- DkalaThese people called and tried to say my husband was in serious trouble, and referenced a case number. When I called I figured out it was a scam. They were trying to collect a non-existant debt from 13 years ago. Beware of them. I was able to track down an address in Marietta, GA for them under a different phone nuber, but who knows if it's bogus or not.
