That's funny b/c I received a call from them yesterday threatening me saying that they are getting ready to do a civil lawsuit against me.  I called them and told them to fax ova the information that has the account number their company name on the letter (National Credit Works) and the name of the company that I borrowed from which is Check n Go.  That was at 9:00am this morning its now 10:21am and still no documents.  Also no that they are on the internet looking up ur address and seeing that their are other addresses under your name.  I told them when I see a legal document from them.....then I will send them a payment.  Until then, they are short as BOWLEGGEDLOU!!!!!

I own an internet service called NCW-Online and people who are getting ripped off by this NCW Billing company are finding me and calling me about this. My company is in Wenatchee WA and we have no affiliation with NCW billing.

I received a call from NCW phone # (855) 286-1922 Ext 105. Stating I owed over $1000 for a VIP Loan. I called VIP Loan and one reprensative told me I owed $97.50 but that I would have to talk to someone else. So I spoke to Heather who said I would have to call another number which is Total Recovery Solution and they in return told me that the pay off was $415. But then they told me that my account had been sold to another collection agency but could not tell me who the agency is. How can you get three different amonts for the same loan? I only got $400 and I have already paid back $1200. I feel that this account is paid in full and that VIP Loan should take care of it. Noone else should be involved. But anyway NCW called and said that if I didn't make an agreement to pay they would garnish my check and take legal matters against me. Being that I can't afford for my check to be garnished I gave them my card number. They are not supposs to take anything til the 15th of this month. Should I cancel my card or should I call back and let them know that I have spoken to VIP loan and tell them what VIP Loan said I owed.

Your so full of crap your breath stinks, these scum bags are unlicensed & unbonded and have numerous judgements against them.. Unpaid I might add, you don't need to state you work for them it's obvious, these lowlifes only deal over the phone so I know your full of it..

Word to the wise, there are no bills.  They are trying to make you believe they've bought an old debt you may have had with an alternate company.  There is no debt, there is no money owed, it is a complete scam and they are attempting to scare you into paying a debt you do not owe.

Hello and yes i had a payday loan that I could  not pay no longer its been  9  years and this man name John starts calling my job, with all my info about the loan. telling me if I did'nt  make arrangements to pay it I will be picked up at my place of employment with in 24 hours.  so I ask him was there a way I could just make  payments and he said yes and sat it up to take ! lumps payment of 400.00 and 169.75  bi- weekly for the next three months, and in  the end of may 2012, he would send me the papers letting me know it was off my credit. contact number for this person is 1-866-618-5731. after calling to find out about the paper work I was informed that they file fraud of these peoples for using there number its a business in california. so I contact my bank they gave me another number for NCW billing. from first transation, 1-866-874-5190 that extension belongs to a micelle blake. call about 5 times no return call yet, so know I 'm filing charges of fraud with my Bank. thats going to refund me My money.

I unfortunately was a victim of fraud from this company also :( , i have been receiving calls from a Niagra arbitration and a male names Richard , said i owe money to a cashnet usa online loan, said if i dont pay right away i will be served with papers the next day at my job...i have good credit and did not want a judgment on my credit report so i ( yes stupid of me) paid him with my debit card...this guy called me from (855)818-7989
when i saw my bank statment it said ncw billing and the number provided is nis , so i guess they use difernt company names, and today i called richard back there was no answer it goes straight to a vm...

I'M NOT ONLY GETTING CALLS FROM THESE *****'S THEY WERE TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I DID STOP THEM FROM TAING $100.00 OUT. BUT NOW THEY ARE TAKING $9.95 OUT. IF I STOP THAT IT WILL COST ME MORE THEN THEY ARE GETTING.

I just received a call from this company and they verified my name as the person they were looking for.  Without taking a breath the woman start spouting off information about a payday advance and defrauding a financial institution.  She rattles off the last 4 of a social security number which do not belong to me and i just let her finish her spiel and ask her after she finally asks me if i want to take care of this now.  I simply stated, "Now that you are finished, can you please tell me again the social you said before for the person you are looking for?".  She proceeded to give me this man's full social security number that happens to share my name.  When i asked if the line was being recorded because she just gave me some man's full social security number.  I have been a victim of Identity Theft once before so i asked to speak to a manager and the woman became very hostile and would not let me speak again.  I hung up and called back getting a man with a slight New Jersey accent and i asked him to speak to a manager, told him what happened and he would not let me speak either.  I asked him to stop talking for a minute so i could speak and he said, "Why don't you quit being a scum bag and pay your F#&king bills, I know you are the C*#k who owes us money"

Someone called on job and said that he was from NCW and that he was to drop by some papers to me tomorrow July 10, 2013.  I told him that I was in a meeting and to call back.  Please have someone let this company know that I am not allow calls on my job, and I don't appreciate being harrass.

They called me said they had a warrant for my arrest and if I paid them $219.95 a month it would go away. I dug around and do not have this "debt". I am disabled and get my limited income on a government debit card. They got that $219.95 off my card for 5 months now. When I called my card issuer they said there was nothing they can do and I'm out that $1000+ money. It comes up as NCW Billing Services out of NY but no way to contact them. If anyone can help please let me know....
