got a call. no message. no doubt old medical debt. As others say here, Never talk to these people about your debt. Never be tricked into thinking if you pay it is going to make things go away. Hang up. Block them. Ignore them. Let the years go by and this stuff will go off your credit report. The worse thing you can do is to try to pay on something once it has been reported and written off.

I receive a call today and the lady was very rude!! I told her I didn't receive any bills to pay that account and she told me she didn't care, I needed to pay with my tax refund money, I told her that I haven't had money to do it and she say are u dumb? You can do it yourself for free with turbo tax so you better do it today and I will call on Friday so you can pay us >:( I block this number so now she can count on me not paying this bill..

Keep calling me during the day time when I am sleeping and hang up. I work grave yard shift and sleep during the day. And it's about my daughter who doesn't even live with me she's out on her own.

A lot of groups with the same or near-same name.  Hard to tell if this is the correct one.

I am also on the do not call list.  I get more crap calls since signing up than before.

This number called me for The first time today. They claim that old debts get sent to them for collection even if it is already on your credit report. Wanted the debt in full. I didn't have 4000+ to give them. Asked for my monthly mortgage, car payment and credit card payments. Assumed that I could afford another monthly payment to them. Even told me I should be grateful that they offered me a discount. I wanted to discuss the matter with my husband and the guy got an even worse attitude. I couldn't even finish a sentence without him interrupting me. Didn't care that I have other bills and actually have to feed my family. Every other creditor I have dealt with will give me a few days to figure out finances to help me figure out what I can afford.

Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.

If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  dime until the debt is validated

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.

There was just breathing on line and i could hear typing and girls fussing like it was a hospital because one girl said we are trying to get him some help. Thats about it.

You might think you guys will stop calling when asked but YOU do not...well let me state it a different way. You might remove the number however no one else there does. Why would you call someone and not leave a message and or not reply just let the call sit there until someone finally hangs up. Also you are the crooks if you think that you can call a cell phone that is on the DND list. I am an attorney and no you CAN NOT do this. One more thing...please tell me that you have always paid every bill you ever received, I promise you, you haven't. If you have collect as much as you claim you have then its because you have scared and or threatened people.  Maybe a class-action suit would be best in your compaines case....

received a call from a person named Robert , he said he was with medical services, on my cell phone wanting to know if my 85 year old mother had a medical power of attorney and who it was and when I refused to answer his questions he got really ugly and abusive, then he told me I was a rude person for answering his questions and helping my mother get a medical power of attorney if she doesn't have one and he knew everything there was to know about my mother, her birthday etc...so I told him he should know if she had a power of attorney then and hung up.
