Sent mail return call phishing scam . Return address was po box in Jacksonville Fla.

Received a letter stating that they have tried to contact us. Got it shortly after we took out a home equity line of credit.  Threw in the trash.

Also received an official-looking piece of mail with this number stating that it regards "a matter of importance as it relates to [my] mortgage." I recently took out a home equity loan, not a mortgage and assume this is a scam. Did not call!

Have now received THREE pieces of scam mail from these people. Very glad I checked 800notes before calling! Have shredded the mail and will do the same with anything else I receive from them.

We got the same letter.  We just opened a line of credit on our home, so it's a mortgage.  I hate these people!

Got this same letter with same numbers, a real scam, my bank doesn't send letters like this, don' be fooled by this scammers

Did not receive a call from this number, but received "important looking" mail asking me to call this number.  "We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it related to your mortgage.  Please call (866) 663-7459.  Thank you.  The Mortgage Service Center"  Return address:  PO Box 54515, Jacksonville, FL 32245.  Mailed from Zip Code 32216.  Permit No. 584.  Official looking mailing with the perforated edges that you have to fold and tear to open.  Needless to say...I will NOT be calling these people!

I received this today, in the trash it goes.

Received this same letter from the mail, PO Box return address with no person or company name, real scam, these people are not even worthy of putting their names on the return address.

We also received a mailing Jan 2018. Did not call.

Continuously gets calls and letters from this number/address. Official looking mail with no identification as to whom it’s from. Demanding a call back about my mortgage. Po box 54515 Jacksonville fl 32245. I wish the government would allow lawsuits due to this. It’s harrassm at its finest and stressful to have so many calls in one day especially since I’m at work. I have to check my phone in the event of an emergency and this is inexcusably unwanted. Leave one message and let me return the call when I Choose. They should be fined.

I got the same bogus letter claiming a matter of importance and signed by "The Mortgage Service Center".  They know my Mortgage information including my real mortgage companies name, amounts, etc.  They are out of Jacksonville Florida.  A PO box 54515.  Placed a review on BBB.org

Got the same official looking piece of mail 1 week after a mortgage refinance.  Had my bank's name on it and the same return address & phone number as others have reported.  Tossing it in the trash-my bank knows how to reach me. Definitely a scam.

Same as above, posing as Quicken Loans in the letter. Sure go through a lot of trouble for a scam, ridiculous.

Letter and phone number posing as Pennymac Loan Services wanting me to call concerning my mortgage. This is not my mortgage company's number and my mortgage company did not send the letter.

I got the similar letter saying that we have been trying to reach as a matter of importance.

Got the same letter. Only they got the actual mortgage company wrong and guess what that number listed it's either credit union I use. It hit the trash.

Received same letter mentioned here in other posts. Complete scam.
