Traced the PO Box to a Virginia Drummond, and she is connected to a Gary James Iliadis at: 3749 E Eve Drive, Jax 32246. He is connected to a property on at 3749 Peach Drive, Jax 32246. Could be they are using these addresses without the owner's knowledge. Total scam! Do not call because then they have your number and can sell it or share.

Received the same piece of mail like everyone else on here.

I have a Quicken Loan. I got the same letter and knew it was bogus as the mortgage ID was nothing I recognize and I already have a Quicken Loans Customer Service contact person who can reach me any time it is necessary.

I received a letter, purportedly from Quicken Loans, that read "We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage. Please call 866-663-7459. Thank You, The Mortgage Service Center"
I knew right off it was bogus. I was given a Customer Service contact from Quicken Loans who can reach me anytime it is necessary.

I received the same letter.  I'm thinking it's an attempt to sell insurance. The letter's tone is unnerving.

This is scary because they have your mortgage ID #.

They can get Your mortgage number as a matter of public record when it's filed for clearing the lien in your county court house.  They vulture on those public record filings all the time. Same letter,  ignore it!

The information they use is public record. Gathered from recent sales on the property appraisers website.

They clearly got my info from county records filing, we closed on our house in late June.

Unfortunately loan docs are public domain and any company trying to sell you something can mail you or call you. It certainly feels like harassment since it isn't solicited. That said it isn't illegal. block their number and toss it out is all you can do.

Same letter sent to me but addressed to my deceased brother of 10 years who never lived at my address.

Same professional letter....total scam, scary how they have name of mortgage holder. Report and block!

Called Figure who i have a loan with the number I have on my legitimate paperwork.  This is company is a total fraud trying to obtain impersonal info.  Trash it and do not call them. t
