I just called there and asked why i keep getting messages from this number. They said, what is your number? i gave it to the man.. he then asked my name. I said.. ummmm  you call all day and leave me messages, but you don't know my name??? He said it was against the law for him to look up my information using my phone number. I told him well I guess it can't be that important and he actually started laughing in my ear. Sounds like a bunch of bozo's to me.???

I keep getting these phone calls and I don't owe anything on no car loan. I had an accident in 08' and only owed a little over $2,000 on that car, it was paid off by insurance. Got another car in 08, an 09 and recently traded that car in for a 2012. Never was repo'ed never late on payments, and yet I keep getting a call from someone saying they are from Ford. WTF! They are a scam. I will call the police and report these [***]. I am sick of my voice mail being filled up with stupid messages from stupid people.

They called and left a message - said that they were a debt collection agency and to call them back.  I DON'T have any debts, but I called them back anyway.  They asked for the phone number I called from, which I gave them, and then they asked for my name.  At that point I asked them to give me the name of the person they were looking for.  When they were unable to provide that I told them not to call back and hung up.  I feel that this is a fraudulent organization seeking to collect personal information that could be used for identify theft.

This is ridiculous!!  Don't give them any information.  They are scam artists!

We are/were getting calls from Focus Receivables for someone with same name as mine. Actually this is the 4th collection agency that has called and we did the same for Focus as we did the rest. We called the Attorney General Consumer Protection. They called Focus (and the others) and told them they had the wrong number and person and to quit calling. The others did quit calling and I expect Focus will too. Problem is this person they are looking for has racked up a bunch of debts and our phone number is available, theirs is not. So I expect we will be getting calls from some other collections in a few months. AG said to tell all collections that they have wrong person/wrong number and to quit calling. They are supposed to honor that.  So even if you owe the money, there are rules that need to be followed. Contact your AG office for information.

Answered and got a message about trying to collect a debt and to call this number.  Do not have any car loans.

You need to check your facts first! The "Do Not Call" Registry does not apply to survey companies, debt collectors and the like. It *ONLY* applies to telemarketers and others who try to sell things by telephone.

Hi, after receiving numerous calls with no message at all hours, I finally answered the phone.  A recording identified the company as Focus Receivables Management and left with their number (same as caller ID) to call back.  Stated it was debt collection call.  I called the number -- had to do it twice before I actually connected to a live person.

I told him I had been receiving many calls from their number and wanted to know what was going on.  He asked me my name and asked me if I was the only person associated with that number.  When I said "yes," he politely told me I would not be receiving any more calls from them.

Seems someone with an unpaid debt has been associated with my number.  Actually, a painless call and the company rep was nice. Wish I had done it sooner...just hope it works.

Recieved 9 calls from this number while at work, answered and was told they were collecting on a loan for an 04 F350 I purchased. I told them I have no loan on this truck being as I paid cash for it from the Ford dealer I WORK FOR! Not hard to find a truck I drive everyday to work. Told them if I recieved one more call I would be suing for harrasment and my GM would gladly verify I paid cash for my truck they magically stopped calling

I have been having credit card fraud perpetrated over the last few years.  I have not been able to reach the person but after repeated missed calls on my cell, I was home and answered.... Found out there were 3 credit cards taken out fraudulently and already in collection!   I would never have known about them had I not answered one day on my day off at home.  
I normally don't answer numbers I don't recognize on my cell.  

My brand new cell phone and new phone number right out of the box got calls from this number before I made the first call. They call several times a day and I never answer. I do not believe this could be Ford. The last Ford I owned was a new 1984 Tempo. I returned the car to Ford after two days of ownership. The Tempo had a bad transmission. I do not own a Ford now and I will never buy another Ford after the way I was treated. I make sure any time anyone talks to me about Ford Motor Company I tell them my story.

They call two or three times a day. The times I have answered, there was no one on the other end.

They call all the time and there is never anyone on the other end of the line.  They have never left a message when they have called me and I did not answer. I finely got sick of all the calls and hang ups, they are now blocked. Debt collector? Why would a debt collector call me. I have no outstanding loans or debts.

This number is calling a cell phone with a recorded message about a collection.  We don't have any bills that are not paid.  Reporting this as a harassing call. Please how can this be stopped?

They call my grandaughter (a minor) all the time. No matter what you tell them they continue to call looking for someone we never heard of.

I would have told him . "Yeah that's NOT going to happen."

This recorder/caller says they are Focus Receivables and you can NOT get a live person if you answer the call to get removed from their list  They call CONSTANTLY and have now for 9 months.  We do not owe money to anyone but cannot seem to stop the calls.

These sorry b******* keep calling and calling and hell will freeze over before I or anyone else returns their calls. The debtor they are trying to reach died two years ago. Ha! And he owed them lots of $$$. Dumb f****

call the school several times a day to an elementary. this can be very dangerous.
