Received 2 calls today from this company. I was told by "agent" that this is an attempt to collect a debt??? I held the line and when the agent answered he asked if any one in the past few years could be using my number...I said no.... the agent
said thanks and hung up when I said I was going to report this call. I believe it was a debt collector but I don't have any outstanding/overdue bills.

dont do it, its a call center people work at and they are a scam, when they call and dont already have all ur information without u havin to verify it do not go threw with it. i worked centers calling people with there name and kind of vehical they have for warrenty and debt before, dont go threw with it hunny. its not right. u should call Ford yourself and get the right number to speak with and youll see the numbers dont add up

This number just called my house, And I said HELLO 3 times, and there was no response.

In summary, ignore this call.  Don't get stressed, and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

tldr:
They say this is for collections, blah blah blah.  Same scam but better run.  Previously, morons using this scam employed people with heavy accents, suggesting an offshore scam.  This time, the robo caller message uses a clear native speaker.  So they blast the same idiotic outgoing message on their robodialer to many people.  They have no idea whether you have debt or not.  They are calling, hoping to ruin some pigeon's day, and get them to call back.  Then, the victim is hooked and the scam gets more involved and goes to the next level.

What a lousy time of the year to be running this scam, or any other scam for that matter.  Sleazeballs.

I am sick of getting calls from this number all hour of the day stop them thank you

No one at this site is calling you.  Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Has been calling my cell, no voice mail left.

This is a scam. Do not give them any personal information. I don't have any debt. They are just fishing.

Focus Receivable - debt collector.  Call everyday.  Don't owe any money

I received a direct voice mail from this number and the message was a guy who said "hey call me back I need coffee, I need coffee," He said he needed coffee like 6 times and then he laughed and hung up. I'm really worried now hearing this is a bill collector

Missed a call from them...I called them and asked why they called me...the rude man on the phone said he needed my address or my last four of my social to me...told him I could not do that and he hung up on me...scam for sure

These people call 2 to 3 times a day.  I am in good standing with my financial obligations.  Had some guy leave a message with a case number, once again I have no outstanding debt.  If you are that concerned with speaking to me, come see me in person you candy @$$ piece of ****.

I get a call every day,  now they don't even leave a message it's always that they have a case against me and if I don't call right away looking to take action.  Been getting these calls for over a year!
It's always we have your name and so security number attached to a file..yeah right. If I blocked her number they just change it to something else
