Funny... No call back from the manager!!!!!!!
Awaiting my wake-up call in the morning!

-caller won't give reason for call.
-have been called 10 times this month - no particular pattern.
-caller asks about a person's name - are they talking to that person? (I do not respond since they won't tell me who is calling, nor what the call is about).
-caller asks about birthdate of the person they are calling (they can pick any name at random from all kinds of sources). I do not respond to the date they give, which is the birthday of Nobody I know, and the caller could be fabricating this, too.
-I guess I might have to look into Call Blocking service. I thank the previous entry "annoyed" for info about reporting this kind of nuisance (or potentially, worse). Will complain at phone busters and canadian anti-faud centre, too.

who can help me block this number? This number calls may be 3 times a day, i work @ night but they call no matter u tell them there is no such person they are looking for. Plz help, im tired of them.

I have taken a new mobile connection from Wind. After getting the connection, within a week on 20/Dec/2010 I got a call from a number from Pakistan (+92-344-816-0744). The person who was talking was not enough good in English, so he asked me to talk in Hindi and told me that, he was talking from the head office of Wind Mobile, Toronto and  I (me) have  won the prize of CAD 50000/- and to get that prize I have to give them the Bank details. But i refused him and asked him the address of the office from which was calling. But he disconnected the call.
Again I got a call from no. +92-344-772-9760 on 1/Jan/2011 I got the same call and again that caller asked me to talk in Hindi, but I didn’t respond him. So, he abused me in Urdu and disconnected the call.
Again on 4/Jan/2011, I got a call from no. +92-341-205-7112 and again that person were asking me for the bank details to get that prize.
I tried to call to your call center, but one responded me. Even I booked a call from the customer care, but yet no one called me till date.
I know these all are the fake calls from Pakistan.

This is a legit company.

IQOR, is a collections company and well as unpleasant it might be to pay an outstanding ticket, In my case a $170 Ontario Provincial Offense ticket, I paid it - their accredited in Bill Payments in most online banking.

Their a collection agency and has nothing to do with calls originating from pakistan.

My friend has been getting this phone call everyday for a few months now. I think it's a scam

I called them back from his phone saying 'Hi I keep getting early morning calls from this # and I dont know who you are' He said 'what's your number mam' I gave him my friends number and asked if I was him (Im a chick clearly not) and said no my name is Elizabeth (not my name) and he said 'How long have you had this phone number?' I said about three and a half weeks. .. he said he'd remove the number from the data base ... we'll see eh!

Um this guy clearly works for them!

This people call my elderly mother numerous times of day. She does not speak english and she gets very upset because they are asking for someone that we do know......
I called the number and they hungup.

My husband and I have been getting phone calls from this number i never answer it. But when they hang up they call back again a minute later. This has been going on for the past few months and i dont think they will stop calling........ WHAT TO DO ANYONE WITH ADVICE???

This number calls constantly - no  one on other line - finally just called them back and they claim one time to be about credit card another tome about a ticket - so full of BS as none of it is true....all barely speak english either.

i hope someone stops ICCORP from being allowed to operate

These people are indeed a collection agency but a sketchy one that I can't believe the municipalities use!  They keep persistently calling my home number looking for the person who lived in my house before me.  They obviously looked up the address and not the persons name.  I have told them a million times I don't know where this person is and to stop calling me!  They continue to call and at ridiculous times too!  I even tried calling the number back and asking to speak to a manager but then they play dumb and say that they didn't call my number!

Ok, I just called them back again!  Told them to remove my phone number that I had nothing to do with the person they were trying to find.  She told me that she would remove my number, hmmm....the same thing she told me a year ago which I reminded her.  I told her if I received another phone call from this number that I would be contacting the police and having them charged with harrassment, hopefully that will be the end.  They answered the phone ICOR.  Not sure about the spelling.  It pisses me off that I pay my bills, yet because the dummy that lived in my house before didn't I'm getting harrassed!

I was confused for most of this call but after reading these posts from all of you, I feel better knowing I challenged this guy appropriately.
Called me about 7:30am claiming to be Ricky from ICOR calling on behalf of Ottawa, (behalf of Ottawa?! What does that even mean??!!) and in order for me to continue the conversation he wanted me to confirm my address. I was not about to give this guy any info at all and asked him to explain himself further, but he kept insisting he needed my address to continue.
In the end, I replied that I refuse to give him this info and asked for a phone number that I could call back to. He replied with the same number that called me 1-866-801-1526 and I could speak with any agent.
I won't be calling back any time soon.

I have also been gettin' very anoyed for the past several moths by this number! Most of the time if you answer, there is no one there!!! Get a Life Scammers!!!

1-866-801-1526 calls everyday for the last like 3 months at the exact same time every morning asking for someone who does not live here and they wont accept that, they just keep calling! they just keep saying they are hired by other companys and dont ever say exactly what they want

call crtc and file complaint about this company! this company is called iqor! then call your phone company and have the number redirected or bloked.. im an x bell employee thats what u need 4 peace and quiet

This number has called me before and I haven't answered. I answered their call today though and they asked for my boyfriend by first and last name. It was my cell phone that they were calling, so I told the caller that this wasn't his phone but asked who was calling. She interrupted saying, "OK I'll call back later", and hung up on me. Nobody calls MY cell phone for my boyfriend, he has his own phone. I called the number back and they identified themselves as "I Call Canada". I asked why they had called my phone. She said that she was looking for "Eric Somebody", which isn't my boyfriend! I started to say that there was no Eric at this number but before I could... she hung up on me again. Very weird.
