Some 'bank' calling regarding VA loans with an incredible magic ability to lower payment and a scripted telephone convo. I explained I had just done a zero cost VA streamline through my current mortgage hold and have a pretty low rate now. She said it doesn't matter since they can lower my payment an additional $374. I asked to explain that math to me, which she refused and said she will make an appointment for someone to visit my house. I asked again if it's such an awesome deal for vets here, why can't you tell me how you accomplish it. She once again said it will all be explained to me when this stranger enters my house. Oooohkay. I asked not to call anymore, but have been receiving three calls per day (which I don't answer). Everything about this says scam. VA doesn't allow variables as far as I know, so they must be trying to take people out of their VA loans and but them into a non-VA variable.

this number call me every damn day. not to mention that this is only 1 of the 3 "Mortgage" companies that call me >:(
I put them on my "send straight voicemail" list but i still have to see the number of times they've called in my missed calls. i dont know how to make it stop and im gonna go nuts!

I am sick of Mortgage Investors calling and harassing us.. I told them several times not to call. I registered with the do not call and they still call.

This phone number bothers me alot , they even call my phone sat and Sunday , late evening during week day and early morning too . It seems like they work for 24/7 non stop bothering , I am so mad all I see in my phone is this company phone number . They just been harassing me almost everyday ,I am so mad right now that's why I need to report this .

yet another call

Been telling these guys to remove my number from their list. They call at least three times a week

STOP CALLING ME ! I HAVE NO INTEREST IN ANYTHING YOU MIGHT HAVE TO OFFER. TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST !

This name calls my house 5 times a day and of course never leaves a message

they know because it is public record when you purchase your home

I have told them numerous times to remove me from their calling list , yet it continues to happen,

Unwanted call on Sundays.  They keep calling and hang up on answering machine.

These clowns recently started calling me...used my "pizza" technique to make sure they don't call back.
Whenever you get these calls, first thing you say is "Hi. I want to order a pepperoni pizza, with extra cheese". They'll interrupt you saying that the call wasn't about pizza, etc. Keep on talking about pizza, no matter what they say. Pretty soon, they'll catch on, and you won't be bothered by that particular company again.

Got several calls from this number.  Finally answered, then the lady started her spiel.  I reminded her that my number has been on the Do Not Call registry.  She asked me if I verified that my number has been purged from THEIR system, and that it takes up to three days for this to happen if I request my number to be taken off their call list.  I thought that THEY were supposed to check if a number is on the registry before they make their call.  Wasn't that one of the reasons why the registry was established in the first place?  For people to give advance notification that they do not want solicitations over the phone?  
    Might try the pizza thing next time.  Anyway, just finished logging a complaint with the FTC.  Thanks for the opportunity to vent!

I have received NUMEROUS calls from this number and everytime I have answered, they ask for someone named Diane. I am not Diane, nor do I know a Diane. One time my boyfriend answered the phone, they asked for the same person, and he told them again that he does not know a Diane. The man then said "Ok Mr. Fields" and my boyfriend explained to him that he is not Mr Fields, nor is he Diane's husband. He also explained that we were already on the national do not call list and did not want to be contacted again. He was forced to hang up on the man prior to him finishing. Another time when we answered, we explained that we were already on the do not call list and had requested not to be contacted again, this time the caller hung up on us.

Received a call from this number today. A lady said she was with Mortgage Investors Corp. and was interested in refinancing the VA loan on my house. I just hung up. I get this nonsense all the time. I had filed a complaint with the Florida BBB and the FCC because I was getting the same type of offers in the mail from the same company. I thought that had stopped it but apparently not. Very aggravating.
