This company has called not only my cell phone, but my home phone as well.  I have asked them repeatedly to take my off their list.  They claim they are called about our VA loan.  I have never served in the military, nor has my husband.  They call every few weeks.  Every time I ask them to take us off the auto dial, they say they will, but don't

What a bunch of scum bag piss ants. Probably foreigners! Americans can not be this anti-American, right! Just ignore their calls, they seem to use unlisted or verified numbers as well, numbers related to other states too. They don't bother me none...Their just sub-human garbage!

I receive calls from this number daily, and started receiving calls from them on Tuesday, when cell phone numbers went public.  I told them no veteran had ever lived her or had this number.  She asked for my home number, and I gave it to her.  That was a stupid thing to do; now they're calling me at home again.  How can they be stopped?

File a complaint with the State of Florida at this website    http://www.flofr.com/Consumer/Complaints.aspx   Complaint should be filed under the "Mortgage" catagory. You can ask them to stop calling until you are blue in the face (been there, done that) and it will do no good. Don't get mad, get even!

I've been called 10 times in the last ten days by these guys on my cell phone!  One day, they called twice!  They never leave a message.  I've called them three times and insisted I not be called any more.  I was assured I wouldn't be each time.  I don't believe them.  Anyone out there report them to the FCC?  It's Mortgage Investors of America or something like that.  They are trying to sell refinancing to veterans from what I gather.  These scum bags need to learn that a robo-dialer does not entitle them to harass people.  When are we going to make automated dialing illegal in this country?  People are often confused as to how telemarketers "get their number".  They aren't getting your number.  They are dialing numbers off of a numerical list.  E.g., 234-6677, 234-6678, 234-6679, etc.  This needs to be ILLEGAL, if it isn't already.  Put companies that use this tactic out of business!

Frequent calls for me to refi my VA mortgage

Just got a call from this number. I did not give them a chance to say anything....

Call went like this:

Me: Do you realise that it is 9PM?

Caller: well..

Me: (interupting) Do you realise that it is 9PM? Why dont you give me your home number and I'll call you when you get home.

Caller: I get off wok at midnight.

Me: Click

Make them stop. They call me every day!!!! It sucks!!!!!

I am also a victim of this number calling me everyday for the past 2 months.  Ridiculous.

These people have been calling every day, at least one time, for weeks now.  It started when we got a new number.  I have signed up with the do not call list, but that didn't stop them.  We don't answer, but they keep calling.

These people call my home just about everyday.  I don't ever pick up and they don't leave a message. This is harassment.  The need to stop.

This so called company never stops calling me (including Saturdays and Sundays), like that is going to get my business.  A certified letter to them to cease communication should stop them from calling, or they can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission.   Fergus (above) gives their address as Mortgage Investors Corp., 6090 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, FL 33707.

Phone calls started the 19th of March. Once a day at 8:30 am. I just ignored them thinking they would eventually go away. Nope, they decided to start calling me twice a day. 8:30 am in the morning and 5 pm in the evening. Sometimes close to 9 pm. So dummy me finally realized that there is a way to block their calls on my phone so that when they call all they will receive is a busy signal :)

According to my MISSED call log, they have called my number 16 times since Mar 2, 2012.  I wonder if this company keeps track of their own outgoing calls. Why do I ask? Well, if I haven't answered any of the prior 16 call attemps, what in the hell makes them think I'm going to pick up on the 17th call attempt?
