Same thing . Voice mail from Melissa with reference number agent number blah blah blah. Never called them back.

It’s bs. I called back he kept hanging up. I then said some very malicious things. So now I’m sure they’ll leave me be lol

Almost exactly as others described...Melissa w/no company name, Agent ID 0136, call her back at 866-861-5070, urgent but extended until Friday, gave me a reference number, etc. The number she called from was 831-666-0385. A scam?

I got the same message from melissa and when I called 866-861-5070 it was her voice on the automated system said to press 1 if loans over 10,000 and to press 2 if under 10,000 put me on hold. I hung up, I'm still in school lol.

Same thing just happened to me. 3/16/2020 never said a company name.

I got the exact same message on the exact same day. Same person, and there is nothing listed in Google search for this number.

The call came in from a local number un California. I think it is a robot, or Melissa agent number whatever is the only one that works there. Lol

So glad I decided to look it up. Just got a VM from a Melissa. No company name. I was a little freaked out cause I'm still in school but she said urgent changes had been made. Glad I looked it up instead of calling back.

I'm freaking out because I thought these people were my loan provider and I can't remember what info I gave the guy! I swear I have my social and he DEFINENTLY got access to my student loan info because what he read is what I just checked. I feel so stupid and sick right now. The mother****** hung up on me AND BLOCKED ME once I said the call was shady!

This person Melissa called with same message as above callers shared. Told me to call by Friday with an ID number, reference number and a different number to use on the return call.

This same prolific “Melissa”, agent #0136 left me voicemail an hour ago with the same information as everyone else has said. Extended the matter through Friday...blah, blah, blah. I know they hope to catch and scare a college student, and they just leave messages on as many voicemails as possible even if you’re not a student. Scam, scam, scam.
