- FreidaI didn't request a free sample nor did I order stuff from this no. I was curious so I googled the 866 number on the box and found all these complaints. I have received 5 identical boxes in mail over the last 2 days and I plan to go to the post office and send it back as "Return to Sender" since I knew I shouldn't open them or else I'll be hit with the return mailing charges.

I attempted to call 1-866-949-0138 and it only played music for 20 + min. After reading all the reviews I canceled my visa card. After 25 min of CONFIRMING my order the $3.95 WAS ALREADY CHARGED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT! I told my bank what has happen and they are going to try and dispute the charge. If you order this product you must cancel your credit card soon after! THIS IS A SPAMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - charlie replies to clintCall them and cancel, make sure to get a cancelation #, change your card number they will take money out even after you cancel
- Sher replies to Antoinette| 1 replyMy story is I filled out the online form for the free trail. Gave my credit card number. Then after a few hour I read the fine print for refund and exchange policy, plus I read the terms and conditions. I did not like the 17 days a person has to canceal, which I thought at first I had 30 days. Anyway, I decided not to go with the product and wanted to catch it before it shipped. I called their number 1-800-240-1826 which they said is their billing department. The phone company said the number has been disconnected. It looks to me people maybe receiving the product, but the company does not want it returned, but wants to get you past the free trail period, so they can charge for the next bottle. After the free trail people will be charged just under $80 per month. Go Figure... It seems to be impossible to canceal, because you have to call the non exsisting number and get an RMA# to return the unused portion. Therefore, I too had to canceal my credit card. However, I still got charged the shipping fee and my credit card company said I would have to disput the S&H. All in 5 hours without the product being shipped they got just under $4 and the product had not shipped yet. Let-a-lone... I wonder how many people out there did not think to canceal their credit card. and those who did did they get back the $4 for S&H for a product they will not receive. The bad thing about it, if the company is in the UK our laws in the U.S. do not govern them.
- Sher replies to SherI think everyone needs to contact the media who has been promoting the Extreme Acai
- Gabe1972I didn't get a call from them, but tried to call them to cancel an order that was fraudulently ordered using my credit card. I had to tell the person seven times how to spell my last name, then I had to explain twice why I wanted it cancelled. She then said, "So is there a problem with the product. Why do you want to cancel it?" I asked her if she was deaf and she hung up. I tried calling back numerous times, but it just quits like the number is no good. You call it ten times and once out of the ten it will go through, only for you to sit there and listen to music for a half hour before you get sick of it and finally hang up yourself. Thank God my bank cancelled the credit card, and they can't bill me again as it will have different numbers, but sheesh, what a bunch of idiots!
I also submitted the info to their local BBB, but I'm sure that isn't going to do any good. This company has been screwing people over with their illegal business practices forever. - SMARTER THAN YOU replies to Blah Blahfuc*&k off [***] May you blah blah in your face and never cum again prick
- Christina Montague replies to SueI think this number you gave me worked. Thanks if it did.
- EffTheseEmEffers!!**READ THIS, AND PASS IT ALONG**, it worked for me. Hopefully it will for you:
That number 1-866-949-0138 goes straight to a hold, and puts you on crappy hold music forever. I used to be able to get through to Phillipino agents and I could call 24-7. Now all of a sudden, the call is obviously routing to a dead end.
This is what I did. First I called my credit card company to find out if I can claim fraudulent charges on my card. Citi Shell Mastercard will reimburse you for this, but there's no way to stop the incoming charge. The rep said there's no point in closing the account and opening a new one, since the charge will just transfer over. She also said the company was in another country...Cypress but didn't know where exactly. Already a red flag. Good lesson for me I guess. And hopefully for you.
Good, but not great. Getting reimbursed later is cool, but what's better is that I prevent the charge from happening in the first place.
So I looked up my online credit statement. Found the Shipping & Handling (S&H) charge on my bill. It was labeled as "softhealth" and then followed by a different phone number than above. In my case, I ordered the cellulite cream so the # was 1-877-205-5816. Called it, and I was back with those Phillipinos! Yes! She seems legit, and closed my account, gave me a cancellation #, but couldn't reimburse the S&H because she said I'd still be getting the product eventually. Whatever, a $5.95 charge is still a hell of a lot better than a $70 or whatever charge they felt like giving me.
This kind of thing makes me ANGRY, but at the same time I shouldn't be so foolish to order off those cheesy online banners (which are basically spam, don't let a site/banner fool you into thinking it's high tech. I'm in the ad industry and I know they are cheap & easy to make). Good lesson learned. But please pass your experience along to your friends and family so that they don't have to deal with this. Copy & paste this if you need to! Spread the word! We need to help each other. - DanHey, I ordered these products AcaiBerry Detox and Life Cleanse for 0.99 each. I got billed for them, and received them the day after I was told I would. After reading this site, I panicked because I didn't want to incur an 80.00 charge on my accout. I contacted the phone numbers given on the receipts which was the 1-866-949-0138 number and found no answer. I went to the website myordersupport.com and found no help there. As a last resort, I contacted my bank, and had my credit card cancelled, and was reissued a new one. I was given two phone numbers by my bank that were direct to the company's billing department, but was assured that if i was billed again, I could dispute the charge. I was told to call anyway. I called and spoke to a man who assured me both of my SEPARATE accounts (make sure you cancel both) were cancelled and gave me a cancellation number. I hope that if you were scammed, you can use the phone numbers to your benefit to get them cancelled as well. If they do not cooperate, tell them you will file a class A action lawsuit, and they'll fold like laundry. Good Luck, hope no one gets scammed further..

When you do receive confirmation numbers. Make sure you write them down, as well as the phone number you called, and the time and date you called on. They can be used in bank disputes. They are basically your only weapons if the cancellation doesn't go through. Good Luck to ALL. - Milicent Mack replies to AmbersWhat is the name of the business so that I can notify my bank and cancel right now?
- sandra replies to JillI have to agree that this actually makes me more hungry, I get such snack attacks from this pill. Then they seem to send every couple of weeks and that is way to expensive for my bank account!
- nighthawkI called and got through to tell them to cancel and they sent 2 bottles anyway and i called them again and finally got a rma number to send stuff back but now I have to pay to send back and have to wait to see if they pay back my money. Oh yeah I also received a third package under different name but is from same company I hav to wait til monday to called this place for a third rma# I also recommend cancelling your card # after calling them
- Pam replies to teresaI just received mine today!
- BEWARE!!| 1 replySTOP MESSING AROUND AND CHECK ALL YOUR CARDS AND ACCTS. WE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANYTHING...AND THEY SENT US THEIR CRAP AND APPLIED CHARGES TO OUR ACCT. CANCEL ALL CREDIT CARD ACCTS. AND CHECK YOUR BANK ACCT.! SOMEONE HAS STOLEN YOUR IDENTITY!
- PaulYet another victim of this scam.
I placed my order with a company selling this product from Ohio, but I have noticed that all of my billing was coming from Florida.
I called 866-949-0138 to cancel the product on Nov 3 and received a confirmation number to confirm that all three products were canceled. Customer service rep number, the works.
Today, I noticed that I was once again billed for Acai Berry Extreme burn, but now from the Ohio location. I called customer service (877-594-7828) to inform them that I had canceled the product, but I was told that the cancellation number is not one of theirs and that my account was still active.
So now, I canceled this account, received another confirmation number and will wait to see if they bill me again.
I feel sorry for the customer service reps who work for this fraudulent company, because I know they must be getting an earful. I had one of their reps hang up on me after I asked him to hear me out, granted I was raising my voice, but I feel like my money is being stolen from my account because of poor record keeping and not on my part.
Somehow I ended up having an account with two different companies, when I only remember signing up once and only receiving a call from one company to confirm my purchase. Perhaps some of the people on this post may have experienced a similar issue.
Although the product(s) did work for me to an extent, the headaches of keeping track who is shipping you the product and who is billing you is not worth it.
I would advise anyone interested in this product to think long and hard before subjecting yourself to this BS. Ultimately, the choice is yours.
You have been warned. - Paul replies to BEWARE!!You may have had an account created with two different companies.
I found that out the hard way after I noticed I was billed for products and services that were canceled on November 3rd. At least it was one product versus the three I was being billed for previously. One from Florida, canceled on Nov 3rd and one from Ohio, canceled Dec 7th.
I would suggest that you contact all the phone numbers associated with this product(s) listed on your statements. A royal pain, but necessary.
I and agree 100%. Keep a close eye on the activity on your account. - jasidoll replies to SueI like you got charged and my bank is taking care of it as fraud. They agree with me that I agreed to $3.95 for a trail it didn't say anything about charging me more.
- NickSame not happy experience with this nr. I have returned the AcaiBerry Detao LP bottle, I have paid $87.13, and NEVER got the refund! Nobody can get arround with such Co.?
