I think I've learned two very important lessions here, never order anything online and that nothing is ever realy "free" and if I want to try something like acai berry detox, I should do the research about the product before hand and just go to an organic market store or health food store and pay for it out right, that way I save myself the worries. I got scammed by these people, also. They say to cancel order before 14 days. This is day 17 and I haven't received the Acai Berry. They hit my bank account on 8-4-09. (Ordered on 7-21-09). We have to cancel the debit card for fear they may hit it again.I wish foresight was as visible as hindsight is. How can you know if you want this product by the 14 days if you haven't received it? This is definiely a scan. Wish I knew what to do to expose it further.

I might as well join the group.  I ordered the Acaiberry Detox a couple of weeks ago.  Got the shipping charge as expected ($0.99).  Got the full charge after 2 weeks, also as expected ($87.13), but never received any product (not as expected).  I tried to call the customer service number 1-866-949-0138, but got stuck in an automated loop that asked me to enter my credit card number for confirmation (not doing that).  I did manage to get the Live Assistance website address (www.myordersupport.com), where I spoke with Kim who helped me cancel my account and assured me I would receive a refund once I return the product.  The catch is I don't have the product to return.  She said it is being shipped, so I can return it when I receive it and get the refund.  She also assured me there would be no future charges.  So we will see.  Shortly after I was charged for the shipping, I got a call from the fraud protection department of my bank asking me if I placed this order. I said I did. Apparently this company is real and their offer is valid if you actually get product, but they are under investigation because of the sheer number of complaints and fraud claims (over 3000 in the last couple of months), so if you are reading this before placing an order, save yourself a headache DON'T DO IT!!).  If you have already ordered and are trying to get it sorted out - Fingers crossed, good luck to us all.

I ordered the free bottle of Acai Berry Detox also.  I did call and was told to send the bottle back.  I mail it back with a tracking number but I also wanted to e-mail them but I did not keep the e-mail address off the pamplet. Do you have their e-mail addres.

I tried calling this number to cancle my order and could never get through. so i called the 623-238-6401 number they called me from the next day after ordering and they gave me three numbers to try and call one being the 866-949-0138 another being 800-233-0968 and the last being 866-931-6793. i finally got someone on the last number. i bearly had to hold i got my canclation number however i am still cancleing that cc. hope this helps!

I ordered the pills Max Acai Weightless online with a free trial for 99 cent fee. Starting getting phone calls from different numbers no messages were left. I called back one number and the girl was rude it was a call trying to confirm my order with Max they wanted strange info so I would not answer the questions. They took my shipping fee out of my account on the day it was to be delivered. I still have not gotten my pills and need to stop this order befor they take 89.00 out of my account each month. It has been over 2 weeks since I have done this order and still can not get through to this 866 949-0138 number. I will have to cancell my bank card now. I have learned to NEVER order anything like this online again !!!!! This is a SCAM!!!!!

I thought I was so smart, they got me!On July 31, 2009 I gave my cc# for .99 for the Acai berry and colon cleanse. I rec'd the cleanse on 8/15 and the acai berry on 8/17. On 8/19 I was charged 87.13.  Thank goodness I used my Chase credit card. I called immeditely and I knew it was a scam.I am fortunate that Chase was aware of this scam! When I tried to cancell the phone# just kept repeating and skipping the message. Tomorrow I will return the products (at a cost to me for return recipt requested, but my Chase rep advised that this can go on for months if I don't send the product back reuturn recipt requested.  I thought both Oprah and Rachel Ray endorsed this product.  Maybe it's time I turn OFF my computer.PS, I only wanted to lose 13 pounds....

Ordered a free trial of Acai detox and cleansing.  All I had to pay was .99 for each of the two.  My checking account was debited $87.13 for each of the two. The terms said you 15 day free trial would start the day of the order.  These terms are fraudulent.  I did not yet receive the product to try and was billed for the next month!

I just went through the same problem.  I ordered the detox product paid the .99 and on 8/19 was billed $87.13 x 2 for the Acai and the cleansing solution.  I got online with a representative who said I should have cancelled within the 15 days as stated in the terms.  I still have not received the product to try so how can you evaluate the product if there is nothing to try within a trial period.  Still not receiving any action I told the rep I was filing a complaint with the Attourney General's Office.

I was scammed as well (not a big news on this site!) and the only recommendation to all of us:
CALL YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD COMPANY AND CANCEL CARD ASAP! The cc. company will issue new card with different number because SCAM COMPANY WILL FIND OTHER WAYS TO CHARGE YOUR CC ON FILE-THEY HAVE THE NUMBER SO THEY'RE IN THE GAME!!!
They're the scam, because while talking to customer service rep, he changed his name and operator id # 2 times! Also, the cancellation number they provide MEANS NOTHING because they don't sent e-mail confirming order and not providing order# or transaction# as well! Also, when you call, the automated service asks for your full 16 digit cc number so they can use it for their purposes, I guess...TOTAL SCAM, JUST CANCEL YOUR CR. CARD AND GET A NEW ONE WITH DIFFERENT NUMBER!!! IT'S THE ONLY WAY OUT OF THIS(MY CR.C. COMPANY WAS AWARE OF THIS SO IT MUST BE TRUE!!!)
