I just tried to cancel this also. this was the most frustrating company that i have ever dealt with. cheska helped me and i pray that this is now taken care of and I will not have to deal with it anymore. I reported it to my credit card company as fraud. They have had several complaints about this. why are they allowed to advertise and use oprah and other stars names to sell their product?

Ordered Acai Berry Free Trial on 2/3/09 was billed $3.97 shipping for the on 2/4/09. Today 2/5/09 I found this website so I decided to be safe and called my credit card company to report my card lost.  Regardless of when I get the trial package they will not be able to bill my credit card again.   I am very glad I found this site. For anyone else who used credit card and the trial period has not elapsed, than you can still report your card lost. Once a credit card is reported lost that is it, the account number linked to it is shut down immediately because the credit card company is considered responsible for any charges from that point on. I thought since this product was on Rachel Ray it was a good product.  Guess we were all wrong.  My credit card has been charged three times for $87.13 and I have received no product.  After finding this site, I have tried to call only to be put on hold.  I tried the live chat and they said they would turn it over to billing and disconnected.  I called the credit card company and was told you cannot block charges to your card.  You have to cancel your card and have a new one reissued.  You can dispute the charges already on your card but now sure how good that will do.  The bank told me they have a LOT of these complaints and there really isn't anything they can do but cancel your card and issue a new one.  IF YOU ARE STILL IN THE FREE TRIAL 14 DAYS - CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD.  YOU WILL NEVER GET THROUGH TO THE COMPANY AND IT WILL COST YOU MONEY.  I hope this helps others.

I called the 866-949-0138 and got thru after being on hold for an hour...cancelled my account and demaded a refund.  I had 2 charges of 87.13, one for the Acai Berry and the other for the Life Cleanse.  Buyer beware, cancel before the 14 days are up if you receive this free trial or you will be in the same boat as the rest of us...this is a total scam.  I will also be calling my bank first thing Monday and make them aware of this.  Please don't ever get sucked in by a free trial like this, when I was placing the order I thought this was a little weird...guess I should have follwed my instinct.  Take warning to this and hopefully my story will help you make a better decision about FWM Industries.

FYI, be sure to cancel BOTH bottles.  I didn't know this and recieved another bottle of life cleanse.  Now I have been charged $87.  I contacted the live chat again and we have now closed both accounts and they are requesting a refund.  I hope I get it.

I can't get ahold of these people with the 0138#, any suggestions??  I too, have been billed $87  and got the free trial but it never said anything about more charges.  I've called several times, and just am left on hold.  It hasn't even been 14 days since I received my sample also. Although maybe they are going from my order date....any help would be appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience with an online operator at the www.247chatsupport.com.  Anne was nice............I just pray she did what she said she was going to do.  But I did get a cancellation #.

unauthorized charges on my Jan credit card bill.  Representative Nathan confirmed that I had cancelled my acct in Dec. 2008 & swore that no more charges were processed to my credit card, but I am looking at them.  He told me that they would email me an explanation.  I told him that that is not acceptible & that I want to speak with a supervisor.  He put me on hold.  I have been waiting over 40 minutes at this point.  I am going to turn in a consumer complaint against them.  I have a cancellation confirmation number.  Be careful.  they may be associated with 866-899-9006

Try 866-633-6706. Good luck!!! They are a scam company and you will never receive your money. They also are an unsecure sight so your card number goes to other sites. My credit card company has had hundreds of complaints about these companies. Pursue them legally. I have.

cancellation numbers mean nothing. It is just used to keep you at arms length. They have been reported in several cities. please continue to harass them. I also received a foreign transaction fee. It is not from the credit card company but another charge from them. They a total rip-off and con artist. DO NOT ORDER, IF YOU DO PURSUE THEM WITH AN ATTORNEY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Got me too!  Haven't tried any of the products & from what I've read, I wont!  Tried to contact the company but only got recording--mail box full!

But I called Capital One & let them know I was unhappy with these charges & they are checking into it!!  
I never okayed a charge of $87!!  We'll see what Capital One does.

I hope people read this before ordering!! It's a scam. After placing the order for the 14-day trail, I called to cancel the order come, they gave me a cancellation number, but when I checked my bank account I found out that they already had charged me $40 for a new order. But guess what they have never sent me the order.
I called again today to see if I can get my money back because the product It ISNOT what they advertise, I was put on hold for 30 mintues.
because I was on my cell phone, I hung up. But I'll call again tomorrow to see if it's possible to get my money back.

Just called my bank to cancell my credit card, I was told that they have been trying to charge my card twice today, but it seems like they got the experation date wrong...so thankfully it got declined both times,  but the interesting thing was that the name of the copmany was not Lip..it was nutrition something..so be aware people, they have two different company's name ..and PLEASE DON"T TAKE THEIR PILLS..who knows what they're made of.

WHAT A SCAM!!!!  This company is just out to get your money and are not helpful.  The product DOES NOT WORK and they do NOT answer their phone.  Apparently you have to read the FINE PRINT??  They will automatically charge you for your so called, free trial, if you do not contact them within 15 days and you will receive a recurring shipment.  I too contacted the website listed, but all she was able to do was insult my intelligence, her name was Irish by the way, and at least she SAYS it is cancelled.  We'll see.  What an idiot I am!!!

im speaking with an operator on the chat right now and she is taking a really long time to respond. i think what Acaiberry/cologenix order scams are insanely against good business code. It is impossible to get through to their customer service...someone should really sew this company.

I am so greatful I found all of these responses.  I got on the chat and had mine cancelled.  I should have known better.  I had tried the toll free number all day but to no avail. I printed out the chat session.
