Forgot to say.......I'm also worried what is in the pills.  I think I will get them from the health food store I belong to, not some online place...STUPID STUPID STUPID ME!!!

Well, I went to the bank today and they cancelled my card.  They said this place wouldn't be able to charge my card unless I gave them my account number, which I did NOT!!  They posted my card as stolen.  So, I'm hoping this worked.  I know for future purchases...oh wait, there WON'T be any future ones likes this.  Now I just need to find the other stupid place that had me order with this one.  STAY CLEAR OF ALL ONLINE ADS!!!  I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!!!!!!!!

So far so good.  I haven't been charged yet.  I also called the numbers and cancelled right away, had no problem getting through.  If anyone is interested, I found a site that is accredited by BBB with an A- rating, they only ship what you pay for, they go through PayPal, with a confirmed address, and I read their site like four times before buying.  Their product is the only one I found that has the actual Acai berry, not just an extract.  the website is www.aciberrysite.com  Hope this helps.

Did you ever receive your refund?  This happened to me in FEB 09 with not getting product and being charged once, although the cancel did go thru. back in Feb. I spoke to Rhian from 247 chatsupport.com asking if I would ever see that money back since I never received the acai XL (Trial or 1st month) and was told she would put a ticket in to the shipping dept and they'll get back to me within 24 hrs.  She apologized and could only give me a cancellation#.

I ordered on 04/07/09 the acai berry detox and was told it will arrive on 04/11/09 and my trial will start on this date.  Then I found this web site on 04/17/09 and went ahead and cancel my order this same date and even got a confirmation number and name of the customer representative.  Well, today I looked at my bank account and found out that I have been charged $87.13.  I called again the 1-866-949-0138, had no problem taking to James who after giving him my cancellation number assured me that I will get a full refund within 2 days and an email for my records.  Now, I am waiting to see if I will be refunded or will have to cancel my bank account and fill a complaint for unauthorized.  But what is worse, when I tried this product, it made so sick to my stomach and I was so anxious/shaking and with paranoia.  Please, be careful with this product.

I was also billed for products from  this company that I never ordered ( 866-949-0138) for acai berry.

If you can (before the 15th day trial period) call your bank to block for future purchases or call to cancel your credit card. I tried to cancel through the 866-949-0138 # and the automative call asked me to type in my credit card. I did not trust this! Any good product would not trick people into buying. I'm sure we all learned a lesson for the next time. Good luck!

I did the same thing and I canceled the same day after receiving a call from my credit card company's consumer fraud department.  They said to cancel right away and that I still may have to cancel my card because there seemed to be no other way to stop the charges.  I just got off the phone with  them and they swear that I will not be charged additionally but that they will not refund the initial monies charged even though I canceled same day and told them not to ship.

I just ordered the free trial in the past few hours, but saw how much difficulty people were having cancelling, so I went to the website to cancel immediately. Here's the conversation I had. I am a bit concerned that other people had written they were told they would receive an email confirmation and I was told they don't do that. I'm going to call the number in the next few days to try and cancel just to verify it was already cancelled.

I called this # to cancel my order and have now found an $88.87 charge to my credit card. It appears to have a Great Britain connection and I was also charged a Foreign fee.
Pretty disgusted!

I ordered too, they billed be so much on a trial  I didn't approve and I felt stupid and scammed!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THESE TRIAL PRODUCTS!  My cc company had seen this and alerted me immediately and are trying to help me with this...it's unfortunate companies can misrepresent themselves in this way and take up our time, if not money trying to refund our money...shame on them!

I ordered this garbage back in January.  Got the free trial the that same day called to cancel...waited on hold for an hour and then was thrown to a voicemail system.  I left a message to cancel the account and thought it was taken care of.  A few weeks later I received another bottle of Acai pills and immediately called and actually talked to someone.  They cancelled the account but had already charged my CC for 2 shipments at $88 each.  I called and they gave me an R.A. to return the 2nd bottle and assured me their refund department would take care of it.  Well, several months later and still no refund.  $176 learning experience.  Now I'm seeing if my bank card can do anything about it.

I want to thank everyone for posting about these scams.  I had just ordered the AcaiBerry Detox LP and another product called Natures Cleanse today.
After reading several things on the net about all these scams I decided to call and try to cancel these orders.  I was able to get someone right away at the Natures Cleanse number and then it took a while but I finally got to speake to Cindy at the AcaiBerry number 866-949-0138.  She was helpful and I got a confirmation number.  I then went to the 247 chatsupport line and chatted with Renee who assured me that Cindy had indeed cancelled my order and that there was no second order for the Life Cleanse.  
Like everyone else I only wanted to order the product after trying it first only if I liked it.  I am greatful for everyone who is blogging about these scams and hope that more people read the fine print or read about this first before being duped.

I just tried this website and spoke with Renee.  It seemed like a easy process.  I got an cancellation number.  I will never order something like this online again.  I hope this works.

I tried calling the number on the package and all I got was an answering machine wanting my credit card number to delete my order.  They charged $87+ to my card and then sent me 2 more bottles.  I ended up cancelling my card and am screwed out of that money.  These people should be found and charged and made to pay everyone back their money.  I only signed up for the FREE trial...Well, that's the most expensive FREE TRIAL I've ever signed up for.  I also won't be purchasing anything online ever again.  Once bitten, twice shy.  Thanks a lot to these losers for doing this.

This annoying phone number has been calling me for weeks.  I finally answered once and they were calling to confirm my order of some berry crap that I had no idea what they were talking about and could barely understand what they were saying.  (which i told them)I thought that was the end of it.  Then they called again to confirm my order (which I didn't order and had no idea what they were taling about)......then the product actually shows up at my house!!!! What is this crap....how did they get my information (phone number, name and address) and now I have to track all of my bank accounts and cc....WTF? Get real jobs!
