    I just finished a call to this number.  I only waited about 30 seconds to get someone on the line... I told her my experience with the product was poor (it made me feel sick) without any other questions she cancelled my account, apologized for the product making me ill and was quite pleasant.  I did receive a cancellation confirmation number so now I guess I will wait and see what happens!

    I too have been duped, I have been fighting with my bank and these crooks for the past month.  

    I got the sample, but didn't get the 87.13 order.   Just the bill a few days after the "free sample" got here.  I check my bank daily and saw the charge right away.  I called the company and they said they would refund.  Have faxed 3 times to bank, and called company again.  I have a charge of 128 in fees because of this mess.  So I'm fighting that too.  I should have checked this site before.  My daughter told me to check everything before I order.   Too soon get old --too late get smart.  

    Maybe we should all start contacting BBB or someone. The adddress on the bottle says Hollywood FL, maybe that's where we should contact BBB.

    Oh, and I did take them, they don't seem to do a thing.  In fact I seemed to get less energy and more hungry.

    I used the 247chatsupport & got confirmation numbers!!  YEA!!  Now to print out a copy & send it to the company, Just To Be Sure...  Their pills don't work, & even if they did, there's not enough time to actually try them since they start their clock from when you order.

    I, too, was a victim of this SCAM! I was charged $3.98 for the trial size I never received, then charged $88 for more product that never arrived. Spoke w/a "representative" and was given a cancellation number and assured that my trial was on the way and my account would be credited the $88. After a couple more phone calls STILL no sample and  no refund. After reading that some of you have been charged more than once, I have cancelled my credit card and my bank is disputing the charges.

    I bet Rachel Ray, Oprah, and Dr. Oz would be interested to know that their names are being used for this scam.

    I got charged two time $4.02 when it should have only been 3.95.  I recieve life cleane but not the aciberry detox, which is what I wanted.  After calling every two week (and now two months have gone by) they keep reassuring me that the product is being resent.  I still have no refund and no product.

    Okay, I ordered the trail Acai Berry and Colenginx 2/17/09, got them on 2/21/09. Have not tried them, but decided to call to see when the trail period ended and suprisingly I got through and they said that it was 3/2/09, so I said, well that's only 9 days to try them, and they extended it to the 7th.  Still not enough time to see if it worked.  After reading all these problems, I did what one person did and cancelled my credit card (reported it missing)and tomorrow I will call up and find out how to return my product.  They can charge my account all they want no, it won't go through.  Thanks to all of you.  I am so glad I checked this out before I got hit with the charges.

    I just got my 1st non trial package in the mail today and believe I have probably been charged for it but I have not checked yet. I immediatly got on here to look and see what to do and found this website. I called and spoke with a man named Eaul and he said he was able to cancel my order and all I had to do was put Return to Sender on the package as well as the RMA# which is the same as my cancellation number. I ordered this and then got it and my boyfriend didn't want me to take it so I haven't even tried the trial version of this bill. I too looked very closely and tried to see if I would get charged for another package eventually and never saw anything. I did with the other product that was advertised with Acaiberry though, therefore never ordered it. I hope that this is a done deal and that I won't have to hassel with them anymore. I will try and remember to let yall know.

    Well, I don't know about the 247chatsupport.com place.  I never got a confirmation # and was still charged, twice.  I am now disputing this with my CC company.  This sucks!

    I called the number that was on my bank statement (I like a fool used my debit card so I could not argue this with my credit card company).  The number I got that would cancel the shipments and charges was 866-633-6706.  I called that # and they cancelled my "account."  I also called my bank and they will investigate the transaction for fraud.  Good luck to you.

    I had used my deit card/ check card was charged i called emailed etc. to cancelled even went to bank and closed my check/ atm card  but they had my bank acount # and was still chargeing me had to close my whole bank account down to get charges stoped. what a nite mare

    I found the $80.00 charge on my debit card this morning and called to cancel I only took the ACIA Berry one day and it made my heart race.  She said I would be credited back but I am concerned now with all I have read that I may not be credited back. I did not call the phone number given on my debit card charge, I used 866-949-0138. How would you know with-in 14 days if you liked the product? Do they count the days in the mail?

    I have been trying to get my bank to reverse it and also been calling FWM Labs. they say they will refund but I haven't seem it yet.     Guess the Co.  didn't bother to answer.    I did get an email from the berry Co.  saying they were refunding my money that was 8 business days ago.   I'm still waiting.

    Didn't even get to try the pills for 14 days and was billed my checking acc.for 87.13 without even knowing about it til I seen my acc. balance.Tried to get it canceled but they said I didn't cancel 14 days from the time I ordered. Didn't have the exta money in acc. for that but they didn't care or even offer to help.SO THOUGHTFUL OF THEM

    I ordered this in a moment of weakness today(very unusual for me).  I usually don't order things like this online, but then for some stupid reason I did.  Well, I've been online for two hours looking around how to cancel this.  I finally found this site, went into that 24/7 chat site, and cancelled my order/account right away.  But we'll see if it worked.  They can't say I didn't cancel before the 14 days, because I did.  I will also call them and cancel, or at least try to.  I will try to write back on my progress.  I'm also going to the bank to put a stop on the payments, if I can.  I was able to one time before (but it was a different bank).  We'll see what happens.
