just wondering when did you cancel your CC?

I ordered free trials of Acaiberry Detox and Colon cleansing on 7/20/09..so CC charge of $.99 on same day.

7/24/09: got charged $39.95 for colon cleansing (when the 14 day trial is not even up yet)

7/27/09 canceled CC...ahhh wasn't fast enough...stupid on my part. And CC company cannot reverse the charge b/c i didn't return the free trial product...so can dispute charge...although when i talk to the Order Confirmation Rep that if you don't like it within the 14 days trail period, you don't have to return it and just call in to cancel. BS!!

Although I  cancelled same day(after ordering came across this site through google-so another advice to all of us-GOOGLE BEFORE ORDERING!) I was told that there may still be irreversible charges to my account appearing...but I did it to prevent this company billing in the future larger amounts(I read in one of complaints on this site that this fraud company uses different names/numbers in their multiple transactions!)
In your case, though you lost some money, but at least you cancelled cc to prevent from loosing hundreds in the future! And I'm sure your dispite will be resolved in your favor (cc companies are very good at protecting their customers) So, best of the luck to you and... all of us!!!

I did get through and cancelled my order. We will see! I will file fraud charges if they don't hold to their terms and conditions. Has anyone else been getting harrassing calls from their sales dept. 408-587-0138?

I ordered a trial  size from this company. I recieved it 2 weeks later, but before that I recieved a phone call from some man talking so fast in broken English, could not understand everything he said, but understood enough that he wanted to charge my credit card for something else..i told him NO..not another penny to be charged to my card. Then hung up.  Well last week got phone call from CC company asking if I had made certain charges, when the CC rep. told me of the charges there were several small charges and 2 charges of $80.00+.  My card was cancelled and they will have a hard time collecting.  They also sent me another package, which I did not open just refused, post office gave me a printed confrimation of refusal...No charge.

Same thing happened to me. I guess I have to go to my bank and cancel the account as well.

The same thing happened to me.  They got me for $334.88 and I called my bank and canceled my debit card, then contacted them and canceled the account I had no clue existed.

Basically I recieved 2 charges of $86.29 on my account before I even recieved the product! I called multiple times - was told that if I returned the product I would recieve a full refund. During that same call I cancelled. I waited about 2 weeks and after I had sent the product back and recieved nothing credited to my again, so I called again. After waiting on hold for roughly 45 minutes (and trying their online chat with no response or accord) I was told that I would not recieve a refund because my cancellation was past the trial date! I placed a stop on my card immediately and Bank of America credited me with the amount taken and used their research team to investigate it. I am waiting on the results (which will take about 90 days) - these [***] are SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT FALL FOR IT, DO NOT ORDER IT - DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, PLEASE! Unbelievable...

 OHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHH!! Saturday 9/19/2009. These people are relentless! No lie, 33 calls today alone!! I work nightshift and now I have to turn my phone off. I live in Philly, and I'm about to take my fat a$$ on a ride down to Fla!! The calls are even after I talked to them on thursday! I love my brother, but if he called me 33 times in 1 day, I'd kick his a$$! Sorry about that, just venting, lol. Save yourselves some time, and aggravation, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULANT WEBSITE!!

I recieved a bottle of acaiberry Detox Lp Sept. 26 for a free trial on Mon. Sept. 28 my bank account showed a deducted amount of 49.95. I talked to them about this and they said it was for a bottle of somthing else that was not on free trial. This company is a fraud. The ad said nothing about a second bottle of Detox Cleanse and a charge of 49.95.

If you dont want phone calls and you dont wana be charged for anythin stop puttin your info on the comp!! Its your own damn fault this happened too you. Blame yourself's

How quickly did you cancel after you signed up for your free trial? Were you ever charged since you cancelled?

Everything I have read is true and happened to me, to the tune of over $720. I order one acaci berry and one detox cleanse. never got the trial of either. was only suppose to be billed shipping and instead had 4 charges for $87.13, 2 charges for $79.95 and so many international fees that is unbelieveable. At least another $40-50. I am interested in knowing if anyone would be interested in filing a class action law suite against this company? I am in Florida, but it would make no difference where you are located. I just got hung up on after waiting over 10 minutes to speak to a supervisor. I have forgotten how many times I have called. I returned all 8 bottles of product I NEVER ordered, included all "8" RA numbers on the outside of the pkg as directed. I even have a delivery confirmation from the post office that I paid extra for. It was signed for by a Matthew Lee. Still no refund. It is suppose to take 3-5 business days after they recieve it. Its been over two weeks. Come on people lets get together and fight this!!

I put a block on my credit card. ( VISA ) Also got 2 confirmation #s and the First name of the operator...and her op. #.
I ordersd the cleanser along with the Detox LP.She said her name was Pin and # was A-49. I also think that is another "LIE".
I done all this with in 48 hrs...because they charged my credit card $49.95. ( Found this out thrue an alert email from my credit card - SAYING IT WAS FROM AN INTERNATIONAL CHARGE!) Never got the "PILLS" though, and don"T care.
Think I"LL SIT BACK AND HAVE A CANDY BAR, ITS SAFER.

I too fell for the free trial scam...was charged $49.99 twice plus international charges incurred..

I called the number on my banking debit card and had my card cancelled.. That is the best course of action to take..

I did recieve my product..but did not trust the company after the charges occured.

One consolation...I just recieved a second shipment of both products.. not even days since my last order arrived abd I was charged way before trial ended. So I know I would have been charged a second time.. Had I not cancelled my debit card...

If I see any sign of another charge from them of any kind I will call the bank and tell them it was unouthorised..
