I have been using it for a week and have no results, I actually gaine WEIGHT.  I would NOT recomend this product. and when I called the company the woman that answered was rude and then placed me on hold and never came back. I work for a financial institution and I have reported my card lost and disputed the charge.  Please be careful.

I have chatted 4 times with some of the same people that others have chatted with and I did get my account cancelled and the charges stopped but I have still to get my refund. I had got charged twice. Unfortunately, I was too busy to call after the first charge (around christmas) but I chat about every 7 days and try to get any of them to give me more info but they are typing from a book. I keep all my conversations saved.

so did this work, did you ever get billed at ALL? I just talked to Liza she said she couldnt email me transcripts. did you get billed for even S & H ??

Thank goodness for this info - I missed the part on the free trial that said I'd be charged for the full subsription price after so many days.
I called the number and spoke with Tanya and got a cancellation confirmation number.
I should be getting an e-mail confirmation as well.  I hope they follow through.  The phone went very well, so I have a good feeling.

Thank you for the advise.  I call the number and cancelled the order and to credit my account.  LJ will send a confirmation email (I hope).  Should I call again?  Will they refund the money?

A week and a half before my account was charged I called into the company and asked my card to never be charged and was even given a confirmation number that my account would not be charged. I wait on line for approximately 10-15 min each time. I finally got through and the guy allegely cancelled my orders. I havent even used the product and they keep sending me DETOX in the mail. I have now 3 bottles that I do not need! I havent had a chance to use any of the bottles as of yet. So I have no idea if they work or not. This is the first time I have ordered anything online as a "free trial offer". and right now, probably the last!

I also ordered a trial size for 3.95. Never got it and was charged 87.13 twice. I have called twice told it was cancelled but I have not yet received my money. I even got on the live chat and was told the same thing. I did get an email address for the refund department fwmcancellations3@gmail.com. I will try that now.

Same scenario as everyone else, I would like to comment that it looks like we have all been fooled.  I want to thank the person who gave the webpage for the live chat.  I chatted with Alice and seemed very helpful.  I will truly find out when I get my Bank Statement.  Please don't bother calling the 1866 # I was on hold for 22 minutes the first time, then five when I called a second time and no one ever answers.

i called the number and they are a bunch of uneducated idiots. not only did not listen. they said that a refund will take 4-6weeks. you have to repeat yourself over and over again. better have some Tylenol i had such a headache from going over the same information over and over again.

i have tried to call this 866 number 4 times, and it's an invalid number! then i clicked "contact us" on their webpage and it's no longer a valid web page!!!  but they most certainly have already put a hold on the 3.95 for shipping and i'm SURE they're going after the 87 dollars later!! I have called my bank and stopped these charges as unauthorized.  AVOID THIS SCAM!!!  do not give them your banking information!!!!!!

Look, if you gave these crooks your cc #, you really need to close your account and get a new number.  The hassle is worth not receiving future unauthorized charges.

I ordered the trial offer for $3.95 December 24th.  My credit card was charged $3.95, and I did receive the product.  Unfortunately, my credit card was charged $87.13 four more times in a two week span(1/8, 1/9, and twice on 1/25) totalling $348.52.  I called 1-866-949-0138 and got "this number is no longer in service.  I then called my bank and they advised me to cancel my credit card, which I did. My bank is sending me a dispute charges form that I must complete and return to them along with a police report, which my local police department gladly took for me.  Two police officers called 1-866-949-0138 while taking my information and typing up the report.  One officer got through and was asked if he wanted to place an order.  He replied no, and identified himself as a police officer in the upstate area and asked to speak with a supervisor.  He was told that the supervisor was on the phone, but that he could hold if he'd like to.  The police officer held almost the entire time he typed my report, and not to my of their surprise...he never got a supervisor or anyone else back on the line.  Another officer called and a recording said all agents were busy, and he ended up on hold....again for a long time until he finally gave up.  The police officer did show me that the website indicated that if I did not cancel my order within 14 days, that my credit card would be charged $87.13 every month and a month's supply would be mailed out.  I never saw that when I ordered, which was my oversight, but obviously they're still scam artists as my credit card was charged $87.13 FOUR TIMES in the month of January alone....that's NOT once a month as indicated on their site.  Even if I did see the statement that I had to cancel within 14 days or my credit card would be charged, I wouldn't have been able to get through anyway.  Besides that, I never received additional bottles of acaiberry.  I am dropping off my form and police report at my bank tomorrow, and they'll take it from there.  Will report back when I have additional information.  I hope this helps anyone who has experienced this awful scam!

I called the 0138 # and was able to get through to cancel my order.  Although, after reading all of the complaints, I'm sketchy bout the company.  The person I talked with (Xhiar) was rude and the connection was really bad.  The line was staticky.  As far as I know I will not be charged anything but I will check with my bank everyday to make sure I am not.  Good luck to all of you.

i know this company is killin me too! i dont want money keep adding to this nd i believed dis product will help! when i got it the expire date for it was like 3 wks ago..im soo mad with this company nd now im never gonna buy this product ever again! its useless!!
