"Investigator morales" CAlled my parents house saying he had my father's name as a contact for me and needed to get in touch with me for a legal civil matter and only left a case number.

From searching the number on the web I have found that it's a scam!

Yes, you are correct. It is not a collection agency. It is a bunch of low-life scammers who need to be sued for the violations of the FDCRA.

If you are so certain of the facts then SUE! You can't because you are a scammer!! It is very simple SUE don't talk!

If a suit was filed it is supposed to have a certificate on it saying the suer sent you a copy.  If you don't have a copy then the company is acting illegally.  The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act says they owe you a statement of account and information about how to settle it.  If they didn't they are violating the law.  The person on the phone has to tell you the address they're using.  They also have to give you their address so you can write to them saying to stop contacting you.  If they won't, turn their phone number over to the FTC, www.ftc.gov.

i got a call from them to. they told me that i will get sued and have to pay all these legals. my question is how do they get peoples numbers..hey i saw something like this on dateline

'Madison' (says she is an 'Investigator') has been calling with the same sschpiel everyone else has reported here.  She leaves VERY nasty messages on the answer machine.  Has also threatened me with filing suit against me...last week she said it was to be filed that day.  Guess what, she is still calling with the same threat this week.  She has left the phone number of  877-201-3399 xt. 122.  By the way...when 'Madison' calls she never leaves the name of her company, just that she is an 'Investigator', I began Googling the phone number and got the company name!

no sir you're the liar because I asked numerous times for info and was refused. This lady (Madison Maddox) wanted me to give her my info first and should have recieved a summons for court, etc. She was calling both my landline and my cell, and my landline is unlisted so how she got ahold of that number I'll never know. She keep saying they were going to sue me if I didn't got this handled right now. She was so rude and unprofessional that I hung up on her and she called right back so I stopped answering the phones but you can bet that I will be changing both those phone numbers.

Do you work for them.......because you are being as rude as they are.....you must be a low-life worthless person fi that's how you have to respond. Besides what's the matter........does the truth that everyone is writing about this company hurt....just be glad that everyone doesn't know who and where you live.

bill... you're the loser because you don't know the whole situation of why the debt hasn't paid to start with. And how come this place can't produce a copy of the contract from their clients on whom their trying to collect from. Threating and lying to people will not get everyone to pay off a debt to them. I wouldn't mind that a debt collector would call if it wasn't for the 10 to 15 calls per day every day including saturdays and sundays and the constant hang ups that uses up my answering machine space where I'm unable to recieve other or personal calls. And if the company is legitimate, they wouldn't have to make that many calls per day every day. I do not tolerate being talked to rudely and dispectful, treatened, harassed nor talked down at like their better than everybody. Plus I bet if your debts were checked out, someone would find one or two or more on you so be glad I haven't found out your info... So get off your high horse buster.

bill....If this company was a legitimate, they would know that the agreement was not made with them and thereforth does legally get the debt to be paid to them. I did not sign nor promise anything with this company. So who is stealing money so they're the ones who should be arrested and put in prison. And nowhere in that agreement did it say that I promise to pay any debt collector for any reason what-so-ever plus in texas...any debt 4 yrs and older is wiped out. So that makes you the only one running their mouth snotrag.

bill...mr. snotrag loser himself. If this company was legitimate...they would know the laws of each state that they're trying to collect from and they might get someone to pay their debt. But when I talked to them they refused to tell any info they had on me, they wanted me to give them the info on myself. They called me not the other way around, they should have all the info on me they needed. And the funny part of it is that the debts I owe, I called them and they never heard of this company nor or they having them collect any debts for their company. And as for in your book you can put that in your pipe and smoke because you have to be on something and high as a kite for all the crap you're writing on this website.

I can bad mouth any company that shows the questionable, comtemptible, and unprofessionalism as this company has shown.
