Chase should stop calling during meal time unless they want a "former client".

The caller ID may be a chase number but the people calling are NOT from chase, they will also literally call until you answer and will call on call waiting while you are answering the call. They are attempting to pfish your information.

No ID, no message. I don't bank with Chase.

It's CHASE bank calling to give a two step authentication code.  If you're getting a call and you don't want it, someone, somewhere probably can't remember their OWN phone number or type it correctly.

They called me, had both my & my husband's name.  We have no accts associated with Chase in any way.  I did not speak with them and they hung up on the person who answered the phone once he established we were unavailable.  Did not give an opportunity to take message, etc.

Phishing. Blocked this number a while ago when calls started. Called Chase about my credit card and no record of any calls or any problem with my card. Don't blame chase. The number is spoofed. Just don't answer and if you have an account with Chase calll them directly at your bank or the number on your credit card just to verify.

It is NOT Chase. Scammers can spoof any phone number and put anything in the caller ID, including the names and phone numbers of legit businesses. Hell, I have had calls where they put my name and phine number in the caller ID. It is a scam to get your credit information. Do not answer it or hang up without speaking.

Received call and have never had a chase account.  Called back and THEY did not know who called me or why??! Double checking credit report now!

I think this number has been spoofed.  The caller did not identify herself as Chase (can't recall the name she used).  She started offering a free home window inspection, and I interrupted and said "Why does the Caller ID say CHASE?"  and she said, "I don't know."  I cut her off and told her I was not interested.  Our windows are brand new anyway.  Just wanted to say this was NOT "Chase" bank as some of the comments state.

This was a valid call when I tried to log into my account from my new phone from the Chase Mobile App. I had to get an access code based on the info in my Chase profile. If someone else is using this number maliciously, let Chase know. Otherwise, it's valid. If you get a call or something you DIDN'T request from ANY number, don't respond to the info request.

Calling, calling, calling

This call came in as "Toll Free Call".    This is the Chase Bank Internet Service Center with a security code.  Totally fine.

While the number may or may not belong to Chase, it is better to not give random callers personal information of any sort. Phone numbers are easily spoofed and the person calling may not actually be from the company they claim.
Besides, if it really is Chase, why doesn't it say so on the caller ID?

I received an email telling me my account was overdrawn asking me to contact them. I knew my account wasn't overdrawn. I called and got an automated voice asking for my account number and code that I use at the ATM. I hung up and instead called the number on the back of my card. A Chase rep told me it was a scam and asked me to forward their email to the abuse line. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFO. CALL THE NUMBER ON BACK OF YOUR CARD AND NOT THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE IN THEIR EMAIL.

Good #:  I called this # after receiving a test alert about my debit card. INSTEAD of the # on the text.  They assured me the test was a scam.  Then I worried whether the # I had was a scam, so went to the Chase Bank site:  This is the # (877-242-7372) listed on their official site.

been calling 2 times a day for 5 days, caller ID reads 800 services, no message and when i picked up it was empty air.... I don't bank with Chase.thus they have no need to call me " IF " this is Chase bank.
however i suspect this is spoofed, cause this number is isnt the website number for chase.

i picked up, and got someone, who seemed to  try and get me to say "yes" and 'confirm my name' when i repeated Who is this ? and repeated the name of their company back to them, They stated the company " Certified  Company"  and gave me a location, at which point i googled this bit of info while she went into her rehersed dialog.
about windows and they have a great price for the holiday season.

This business does NOT exist at the address she  gave or at the corporate and business licensing and their phone number brought me here.

I do not have a Chase account!!  Who are they kidding?  They called 3 times and then sent a text message.
