- ReneeI love that the phones today an block any unwanted calls. So I just check the phone number online and if the number is a nuisance call, I just block it.

- LaurenGot a call asking if I was related to a person. The name they used is the nickname that my relative uses, not his legal name. They wouldn't tell me what the call was regarding and wanted the relative to call within 2 hours. The caller identified himself as Eli Campbell with FMS and refused to indicate what the matter/issue was that was so pertinent that I had to be contacted. I told Eli that I live several states away from this state and so he asked if there was another relative that lives closer to the relative he called about. So much vagueness. An extension number was provided for a return call. 1-877-291-8405 ext.8708

- SICK OF THISThese *&%$#@*& continue to call and harass me (while at work no less). i have been on an established and agreed upon payment plan for almost a year, yet they continue to call me saying they need more information and more money per month or the debt reduction will be nullified. How can they demand additional money per month when there is already an established (and documented) agreement?

- KarenFor those of you saying this is legiitmate, I just received a call on this number asking me for information about a friend. Sorry, but with all the fraud going around out there there is NO WAY IN HELL I am giving out personal information on a friend, let alone personal information on myself. There are plenty of public records to track someone down.
- Karla ChandlerI get many calls from this number and most times they hang up upon hearing my voice but it is terribly annoying and often late at night.
- AnnoyedMy ex husband has gotten calls from them multiple times asking to verify my onformation. First off we have been divorced for over 10 years and I have never been associated with the home phone number they call on. That makes it seem a little fishy. I called from another phone and all it says is enter any pin you wish seriously I don't think so. !!

- Qwerty replies to BandaNitwit alert! You are replying to a 4 year old post so it is highly unlikely that the person will be back to see your response.
"...pick up to find out why" - uh, no. You have no right to tell people how to use their phone. My phone is for MY convenience only, not that of the crooks that call. No message means welcome to my blocker.
So... you admit working for this outfit. Then you should have no problem posting the full company name and street address. - Holly GitmedDo not call

- Bothered by these callsGot a call from a woman asking for my son's info. I did not give any information and in turn asked for her #, which she promptly gave me the #877-291-8405, ext. 8616. She called from the #630-613-1151.

- Girl, bye!"Ms. Johnson" called from this number on Sept. 16, 2016, saying the call was being recorded and she wanted me to pass on a message to someone she said was my brother. She gave a name. I pressed her for ID, asking if Ms is a first name, and she got rude, saying it was "Masharah" and asking if I wanted her to spell it for me. I said no but if she thinks I know this person and doesn't have his info, but need me to get a message to him, then she should lose the attitude and be more forthcoming. The woman must be a rookie because she snapped that she does too have his number. I said well CALL HIM THEN! And hung up.
- Caller: FMS, financial management systems
- Brian Lee replies to jkWhen he gave you the information about the account, he committed fraud. Legally, he is not to speak to anyone regarding the loan but people who signed for the loan. Ask that they cease and desist all calls, everything is to be in writing through the postal system. If they say they can only do it through email (that is a red flag) They dont want to send things through the postal system as they know they are committing fraud if they do. I have never taken out a student loan and they are contacting me telling me that I have. I was lucky to finish high school. I am now 47 years old. I have contacted the Maine Bureau of Consumer credit the collection company does not even have a license to practice, the state sent them a scathing letter. I also contacted the Consumer financial protection agency which helped me also.
- Teresa FlynnThey have now called my ex boyfriend twice because they do not have my real number, and they won't get it. Its amazing that they can call him and discuss what is supposed to be my information, but they are certainly not legitimate. And also not getting my real information. I told him to block them, but i don't know if he can.

- CHJ Sr.| 1 replySomeone from this phone number keeps calling my husband about "his" defaulted student loan. He tells them he is in his 70's and has never had a student loan nor co-signed anyone's student loan. His son with the same name who is deceased may have co-signed for one of his children but my husband knows nothing about any of that and it has nothing to do with my husband. His son CHJ Jr. passed away a year ago and as far as we know none of his kids, our grandkids, went to college so this sounds like a scam.
