- kenaisI've been called twice, haven't answered it yet. Don't know anyone in the 877 area. Thought I'd look it up first.
- McGeeI keep getting these mid day calls at work from these people who clain they are Sprint. I have told them: 1. Don't call my cell number trying to sell additional service using my air time for their financial gain. 2. Don't call my cell while I am at work. I could be fired. 3. Remove me from the call list and do not share my number or info with any other person/persons.
They still call!- Caller: Sprint
- Call type: Telemarketer
- cookieThis is not sprint. Its something to do with education training from a survey they claimed I completed which I never did. I tried to cancel out, but it would not allow me to.
- R.Got a call from them today. The woman could barely speak English and kept "checking my records" noting that I had overages on minutes and then "checking my records again" when I told her no I didn't. I finally asked her not to call me again and hung up.
- Caller: Claimed to be Sprint
- LuckyI also received the call. And in my case I could not understand a
word the woman said. Must have been from some other planet. Sprint
must be desperate as they now need to sign you up for a 2yr contract
when you need a phone. I will buy a battery for mine. As it needs
one for sure. I also told them to never send text of any kind. I have
been a customer for many years but feel like I am asking for a favor
to keep there service. - chrisI called back...it said "thanks for calling Sprint together with Nextel".
and the recording wanted to know if I wanted to add an additional line.
Seems like they knew all along that if they just hung up that alot of people will call back just to find out who called...maybe they are saving "minutes"...what a cheap..... but ingenious way to get your attention! Wish I would have thought of it !- Caller: "sprint together with nextel"
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AmazedI'm continually amazed with people who, even when armed with a feature such as caller ID, still have no more sense than to answer the call! If you've seen the number before and you know who it is, why answer the call in the first place? I've had Sprint for years. I've never once received harassing telemarketing calls from them. Whenever they've contacted me, it's always been via text or email. Should there be a good reason to, I'll call them back. Every time my contract is about to come due I always shop AT&T and Verizon just to compare pricing. And so far, Sprint has always had the best price for the plan I need. And their service is as good, and in some cases better, than the other two. The bottom line is, once you know that this (or any other number for that matter) is bogus, just don't answer it!
- dangermp5I am getting tired of this call coming in @ night,I just registered on the no call list for this number' Hopefully it will stop. If I want more crap for my phone I will go to sprint stores'
- dangermp5 replies to ccbThat sounds like a great idea" I will do this now as well"

- CCRec'd calls from 877-671-1851 almost everyday for the past one week. I called Sprint Customer Service and asked them to take me off all their promotional calls and text messages. The first time they only took me off some of the calls. After I rec'd another call from that 877 number, I called Sprint again. They took me off from all promotional calls and text messages. Today I got another call from that same number. Called Sprint the third time. They told me I need to power off and power on my phone in order for the changes to take effect. Hopefully that is it!

- jayersI frequently get calls from this number. I finally added them to my contacts and gave them a muted ring tone. They will continue to call but will no longer disturb me.
- Call type: Unwanted
- josedid not answer
- IrritatedSneaky sneaky - trying to call me at 8pm CST
- NolaThis number calls me, and the lady says she is from Sprint and wants to explain my new any mobile any time thing. Then she asks me if I want to sign up for it. I already have it. This is weird. I told her to call back between 5 and 6 PM, but she never did.
- negotiateThey called me with the intent of selling me an extra line (which I do not need).
But, since my 2-year contract ended a few months back, I used the call as an opportunity to leverage my 'customer loyalty'.
To keep me from switching to AT&T (they got those nice iPhones), or to Cricket (all-inclusive flat monthly fee, no service contract) I convinced the kid to increase my anytime minutes, start my "nights & weekends" at 6:00 pm instead of 7:00 pm, and credit my account the value of the next 3 months of service. Sure, I had to re-up for another 2-year contract, but I wasn't looking to switch anyway. (and after 9 months you can be treated as "new customer" again, as long as you commit to the 2-year contract. So, I'm thinking by summer 2010 it will be time to let them give me a new phone and maybe work in a data plan deal. Work it, people! - TamekaMissed call 8776711851 oct 14 2009 4:38pm Didnt leave a message.

- KatieThese people called me at 8:30 on a Friday evening & 11:43 on a Saturday morning; I never bothered to answer it. They must not have much of a social life. I intend to keep ignoring them.
