Called leaving a partial canned message looking for someone.  Same people as 877-703-3411 and 877-634-9956.  General consensus from other numbers and websites is that this is a scam.

called twice from 2 different numbers ,caller ID showed only tel number 8777033411 and 8776935057 looking to find whereabouts of someone.Said they would use all available records by law to find this person.

They gave me some address in Buffalo New York.

What was the address?  There is a DC in New York using this name also.

They have called several times a day and the message is that they are trying to trace my whereabouts and that they will call all of my references to find out where I am.

The Hamburg Ny address matches a Bounview recovery group with a very generic website and a different phone number.

This is the second kind of this call I have gotten and both times it was about a pay day loan. I am sending letters to all of their addresses to verify the debt. Hopefully they will leave me alone after that.

As soon as I told them I never had an account at Bank of America they told me Ok Im sorry for calling.  Kind of worried because they had my social  security number.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.

A search for a business registration under Bournview brings up no results in either Bizapedia or the New York Dept. of State.  This would preclude them from legally conducting business.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I took out a payday loan in 2011. They just called me saying I never paid on a laon I took out in 2014. I said I didn't and the lady said "good luck with your claim, I'll mark you as refusing". Not sure what they are going to file against me for the loan I didn't take out.

Called three days in a row with a robo voice auto inserting my name to a family member's cell phone and left message asking for my whereabouts and threatening that by law they can and will use all references to find me, however I am not in hiding. Called from 877-710-8276 and 877-693-5057. No Name identifying who they are or what they want.
