I receive several call from company name Regional Acceptance from 8am up to 9pm Mon- Sunday and there customer service representative ( rude people) threat my husband about a vehicle that belong to me not him..telling what they"re going to do,,i call the company advise them to come pick the D. thing but they didnt and they're just Stupid people and iam telling every one i know not to get a vehicle finance through them..THEY R YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE...

I just got this phone about a week ago since day 1 I've been receiving these unwanted calls. I've asked them nicely to quit calling, I do not know anybody by the name of Odus or Lisa whom they ask for. The same people call from multiple numbers asking for some Odus and or Lisa. They call early in the morning waking me up they call late at night also waking me up I don't know what to do is there a way I can block their number on my cell phone. Please help!!!!

They keep calling my cell phone several times a day asking for somebody I've never know.
I've answer the call once and said I was not the person they were looking for, then they just hung up!
Sooo--ooooo RUDE!!!

Stop calling me. 5 times a day??? I don't have any loans to anyone. Am contacting colorado BBB and state attorney

I've had a loan with tem over four years now and it's been fine. They've always beenboth professional and polite and when I do happen to be a bit late with a payment, might call a couple of times a day but no more that I can recall. And if I answer the phone to keep them abreast, they are perfectly unerstanding. Granted I do hope my next auto loan is not "last chance" but they've been fine in my experience.

Regional Acceptance is a HORRIBLE loan company that will call you if your payment is even ONE DAY late (trust me, I know). They have a couple different offices and the one in North Carolina is far and away the worst as far as being rude, threatening and unprofessional. I even had one agent lie about the money that I owed. When I argued back about the correct amount, I broke him down and got him to admit that he was lying. He was trying to collect more money than what was owed to make his collection amounts look good.

The best way to deal with them is DON"T get involved. as soon as i can get out from under this loan with them, I will never, ever deal with them again.

Regional doesn't care about your financial situation they only want their money. My wife and I hit hard times and put us 3 months behind. I'm back at work and 1 month behind. The last payment my wife made the lady she gave the reference number to was very nice and actually told us to ignore the calls. She told us that because she knows we've been good about the payments now. The calls keep coming so we answer and hang up. I answered once and she more or less"demanded"the money. We're going to make a payment but since they more or less demand money we'll send it when we're good and ready.

Regional Acceptance. Never been late on a car payment except today in 4 years, I paid 2 days late, they called harassing.  Not very nice people to work with at all.  When you call back they ask for the last 4 of you social, then your ten digit phone number, then you're whole social security number.  I mean how genius is that? Last 4 then all of it? Why ask for the last 4 when you're just going to ask for the entire number 2 steps down?

You are supposed to have a 10 day grace period and they are bond by law to honor it. I even called them made a 1/2 payment and told themI would make the rest of the payment the next week. They still callled every day no matter what I did they still called 5 times a day. I payed the balance as I said but they still called.

These calls are from regional acceptance, which is an auto loan company. Their name is blocked on my caller ID. Even if you are not late they will start to call you one to two days before the payment is due.

I have received several calls from this number through out the day and into the night.  I keep getting a recording that says "Thank You for calling BB&C, this call may be recorded"  If they are Regional acceptance why is this their message?  I have even received this message when I called the number to see who it was calling.  This is a very strange message.  If they want to talk to people the least they could do is have an actual person on the line.

Last month I was late on a van payment. They called a coworker of mine at work. I called them back & paid by phone. This month, they called the same coworker.

Yes I have an account with Regional for my truck. Yes I am a couple of days late with my payment. But does that give them the right to call 3 or 4 times a day? And if you do answer, you get a recording to please call them back from the very number the recorded message came from. Here's an idea, how about a live person when someone answers and then a recorded message when they don't, What a concept!

On July 19--I was called  at 4:53 pm--7:11 pm--7:27 pm--7:43 pm Three calls in one hr..To me that's harassment. Since July 8, I have been called 12 times. I know I owe the money to someone, but calling 3 times in one hr want get the money any faster.

They have called at least a hundred times and I have no business with them.

Regional Acceptance is a loan company I will never go with.  I agree with all the above you are one day late and they are up your ass.  They called me so many times in a day its ridiculous.  I gave them a date, when they will get paid and gave them routing and account number and they still called the next day like 6 times and even when I told them I already set something up they hung up and minutes later called again.  When I finish this loan I will tell them to kiss my [***] and will never deal with them again!

They have called hundreds of times. I don't have any loans and am not in debt.

Continues to call and harass you even if you are on time. They try to get you to send money to them by Western Union. I asked them if they are paying the Western Union fees? No answer. Very unethical company and they should be shut down. These are the companies that our government decides to bail out let them go under.
