just had a second call, as i am at work i cannot answer, but I am a co-signer, payment is 2 days late, they called yesterday at one day. thee is a problem calling them back and actually getting a hold of someone. There is also a  law in my state that we have a 10 day grace period , there is no need for this, i do collections for a living myself , i would never call at 1 day or 2 late, of course i have a good working relationship with my clients, and wish to keep their business, but that is just me.
and i would never be rude, as these guys are. they really do need better training

unknown number. Who is this number?

I keep getting this unwanted, unanswered call from this number.  I want it blocked from my phone.

I have no debt outstanding. That does not stop from these guys calling me every now and then and never leave any message. I never pick up these calls. I think it's time for me to block this number for good.

I keep getting harrassing calls asking for Tiffany Maxine and I have blocked this number yet they still leave messages

First off, I have a car loan w these guys. Unfortunately when you have lousy credit, you have to go w whatever bank gives you that chance. My bill is due on the 6th and depending on my pay days, it will be submitted a few days late, but always within the 10 day grace period. Sadly, they start calling me on the 7th. It's so frustrating. I will make my payment, I always do, but it's so discouraging to know that I'm trying so hard to do things the best way I can and I'm still harassed. :-(

Daily voicemails coming from this company that I have never dealt with. BLOCK this number

I have received three calls in the past three days from this number. I do not have any auto loans, so I am not sure why they are calling me. Only once have they left a voice message, telling me to call back. I called back but their automated system ask for the last four digits of your SSN and will not allow you to skip that step and speak to a rep. I'm not sure how long I'll have to deal with them calling me, since I am unable to answer my phone while at work and I'm not going to give an automated system part of my SSN when I shouldn't even be receiving these calls.

There is this thing called mail, you might have heard about it.  You write out a letter, put it in an envelope, put a stamp on it and send it to the people you want to stop calling you.  You could even send it certified, return receipt and then you would have proof they received it.

they non stop and then if you don't answer the call they have actually looked up telephone numbers for relatives of mine and called them without my permission.  My payment is not even a month late!

By law, they can call up until 9pm. I know as I have a loan with them too and researched through Federal Trade Commission. they will robocall until they get the payment unfortunately

I found out through the Federal Trade Commission that by law they can reach out to family members to get payment. Crazy I know!

Caller ID showed that it was a toll free number, did not answer. Caller did not leave any messages and called repeatedly!

Idiot on the phone kept asking if I was sure I didn't own a specific car. Told him, Yep, I'm sure! I don't own a car.  Told him I didn't have a loan with them, that my payments are always made early and that I would never finance with such a company as his.  He then tried to get me to give up personal information.  I told him that if I had a loan with them, that he would already have that information right in front of him.  I then informed him of my rights not to be harrassed and informed him that if he should call back again that I would get an attorney.  He hung up on me.  Wasn't 2 mins later and my phone rang again.  Darn vultrures!
