They use many numbers and tries to mask the calls: 8662595318 along with the 7299 number. Be advise stay away. If you are financing you car find out with whom before you agree...

This is Regional Acceptance and though it is never pleasant to take collection calls, I have always found them to be very professional and polite on the phone. I do think that a day or so late is very early to be calling about a late payment. On the other hand they are loaning money to high risk poor credit rating consumers and if it were your money when would you call?

Get a call from this company everyday. Just had the phone turned on and from day one they have been calling. I tried calling them back to have the number removed from their list for I have no loans at all with anyone. They told me they cannot remove the number unless they can pull up an account and to do that they need to know who the call is for. Which is impossible because every time they call it is a recording saying to call the number back, that it is not a sales call and it is important, but they never ask for a certain person.

I want in.

Got this phone call at 4:16 on a Sunday.  No one on other end.  I told that space not to call this number again.

My girlfriend bought a car from an impound yard about a month ago.   From what I found out it the lienholder does not contact the impound then they lose all right to the car well Friday this company really had bar people working for them

Who the F*** do these people think they are?! Constant harrassment. Wrong numbers. Leaking vital info.In reading back through these posts, I see MANY violations of the FDCPA....I wonder if they know that by violating this, each individual collector can be sued for $1K and the company sued and the person's debt paid in full? IDIOTS! I have no loan(s) with this company. I have no loans--PERIOD! Yet, they can't get it through their heads. I understand people fall on hard times and payments tend to get made a bit slower or later than they used to but, come on! Screw these people and this company!! I used to be a third party collections agent. Rudeness and badgering NEVER got me paid! Lose my number and never call me agin!!!!

I wrote a check & mailed it on June 1st .. they said they have yet to receive the check and keep harassing me .. My bank charges to stop payment on a check .. I have no idea what they expect me to do .. i refuse to pay over the phone or online and then have them receive the check, cash that, and then the check bounce and i get charged .. they need to lay off a little bit .. This is quite ridiculous .. They call my cell phone, my work phone, they've called my boss, my coworker, i have no idea where they get numbers from .. my online account has NO telephone numbers listed .. Someone in their billing department needs to find my check!

yes unfortunately we have a loan with Regional. We are a few weeks late on our payment, but they have constantly called before 8 am and have refused to remove our number from their automated dialer even though we've requested numerous times to have this done. We have record of at least 5 calls with messages left before 8 am and have filed complaints with the FTC, my state attorney general, the BBB and I'm mailing a letter to Regional's Executive Office tomorrow certified mail. By my count those 5 violations will be at least $5k of fines! I work for a major bank doing auto collections and I would NEVER treat my customers the way Regional does!!!

They called, said who they were trying to contact, i informed themit wasnt me, andthey took me off the list. She sounded ethnic, but polite.

My payment wasnt late at all and they are still calling me.  I didn't understand the message anyway!

I do not have a loan with these people.  When I called them back to tell them to not call me anymore I could not get thru to a real person.  The recording asked for my social security number and I refuse to give that to them.  I thought they would redirect me to a person but they did not.  Guess they will call again and maybe I can talk to someone.  I have only had this phone number for a couple of weeks.  Guess the last person that had it got rid of it because of harrassing phone calls!

Good golly people. Just pay your bills and this won't happen. I bet you didn't make a fus when they were lending you the money.

Citizen... you must be a employee of this company or one similar - as you do not have a clue. I say this as I get calls from this number, asking for someone I do not know or heard of. I ask that  my number be removed. I am told it will be removed...hum - Broken record - as I continue to get calls from these people.

They called at 8:43pm....asked for me by my name,when I asked who is calling they told me "sorry wrong number".....what kind of people?????

when their caller ID comes up we just answer it as a local police station "whats your emergency"

They will call you all day every day, even if you only 2 days late, granted they have the right todo that, but to continue to call someone all day and then call their contacts is ridiculous and doesn't make sense, and the people they contact, they are very rude to, nice gets the job doen being rude gets you nothing but cursed out!!!!!
