If this is true why are you on this site looking up their number?  Employee of Regional perhaps?

Last year I finance a car through regional acceptance, I never been late on my payments and its been a nightmare dealing with this company ,let me tell u why! My payment is 450 a month I'm always sending 100 or 200 dollars extra not only to finish paying off my car sooner but so it can look good on my record. I'm always telling them to apply the extra money I send towards the principal n they always apply it on the interest and don't know why! I call a few times and got into arguments with managers because they don't listen to what I'm trying to do and they do what they want with my money. They hav very bad customer services and they treat you so bad that you would think the person who your dealing with actually lend you the loans from their own account!! These people are very rude, to be honest rude don't even come close on how they treat people. They don't take the time to go over your account with you and are so quick to get you off the phone!!!!! To who ever is reading this post if your trying to apply for a car loan PLS PLS PLS PLS try to avoid this finance company they are very BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD at what they do........

Regional Accept. I have done no business with this company and have been receiving messages from them daily (several times a day). When I call the number back, they want me to enter the last four of my social. After a couple of options, they want me to enter my entire social security number and phone number (no, thanks!). I need them to stop calling as I have no loans with this company and have never heard of them before now.

This number just called my cell phone.  It is Aug 8 2013 at 10:30AM.  It was a very rude sounding man/recording and he said he is investigating check fraud related to my name and social security number, but he didn't reference any specific information.  Very vague.  I know for sure that I don't have anything outstanding or past due and I definitely don't commit any check fraud.  Probably a scammer of some sort.

    very annoyed
Me n my husband got a loan yhrough them... he got laid off we told them come get the car, they did and now have taken us to court and I had a sherrif knock on my door serving me a paper saying to give yhe car to the sherrif department and that they will pick ot up fron them.. o spoke to the sherrif and told him I had given the car back to them 3 weeks prior... t he sherrif said that it was rediculous that they have the car and are going to  court telling yhe judge they nvr recieved it.. and that he would let other cops know that we gave the car back so we don't keep being harassed for a car we gave back. Well its been 2 mnths since then and we hot more court papers. So I guess were going to be hiring a lawyer and if its aboit them vlaiming they haven't recieved the car I guess were couter sueing for harassment because VIN number are traceable and the judge will find out that regional got the car re sold it and are still harrassing us for it. I don't know what were going to do I wish we would of known the rail road was going to slow down adn we would of nvr gotten a car considering i have a paid off car. Any advice?

That's great, but there are no bills to pay. I've never even heard of this company other than the phone-number-complaint sites and they just KEEP CALLING, and insist on a halfway-valid SSN (I tried obviously wrong ones) before their computer system will let you talk to a person. No way I'm giving out my real SSN to somebody I've never heard of before.

Here's a thought : stop assuming. It makes a donkey's backside of you. Obviously you didn't read the whole thread, else you would've noticed some of the people being called have never even heard of this company, let alone owe money to it.

I've been consistently late with my car payment to Regional Acceptance, but have never found the callers to be anything but courteous and helpful. Look, these guys probably get a load of crap all day, every day. I've found that if I'm reasonable, they are as well.

Oh, I hope these third party swindlers have a coronary meltdown every day!
At least try to grasp this premise; The telephone is a really poor way for your industry to conduct debt collections.
Only one incorrectly placed call is Using Corrupted Information. You have Files of Compromised Personal Data in your system, and there’s no Law declaring a Consumer, Citizen, or Immigrant must help you with your problem. Whether you use robos or not, there’s no Law requiring a Consumer to call you back, to be interrogated about anything, let alone someone else’s debt.  Past experience with your industry makes any conversation possible evidence, since here is no Law requiring Consumers to clean up a new phone number just to reasonably use.

blah blah blah...same drivel from a drivelling shill.  When will people learn that most "debtors" go into debt not because of something they did and when faced with the choice of paying a bottom feeder or their grocery bill, they will choose to feed their family first.

Here's an idea: learn how to express yourself coherently.  I submit "Here's a idea make you payment! "
"your" payment is the correct form and there should be a "," after the word "idea" as it makes the sentence easier to read, and grammatically correct.

They call me if I'm one day late. They are the rudest people ever. I just send them straight to voicemail!! I got into it with a guy named Justin, I kept telling him he didn't need to talk to me that way, but he wouldn't stop so I hung up and don't answer the calls anymore.
