- Anne replies to cookieThey are awful. My payment is due on the 7th of every month and we pay it on time every time. They start calling and emailing on the 1st of every month and - several times each day. They claim they can’t see when we have scheduled our payment so it pops up on their screen to contact. But if you yell at them enough and get them to actually scroll down their screen - they see the payment set up for processing. Geez - it isn’t even due yet and they act desperate. NEVER again with these nuts. Awful service.
- RonDo-Not have a car loan! With REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE! Own my three car's call home phone and cell phone 15 to 30 times a day! Seven days per week! Never stops

- Tiny G. replies to Delaware| 1 replyI have,a loan through them to. My car note was due Sunday. I still have a grace period. They called once yesterday and once today but never left any messages. Weird!!
- Gunnar replies to Tiny G.You're dealing with what may as well be called a "Predatory Lender". That grace period is a nuisance to them &, by using it, they may well ding your credit. These lenders depend on your money to be in their "parking spot" when they want it to be. Every minute means INTEREST on what's in that "parking spot". So much so that they can hire armies of minimum wage flunkies to dun people on their debts & "remind" people of when they need to make a payment.
If you really want to tick them off, make your payments on time & when they call...tell them to cease calling. They'll ignore you. When they call again, tell them that the payment's been made & that you'll never finance anything through them again. The flunky will hang-up. The next time they call, ask to speak to a supervisor. You'll be on hold long enough for Hamsters to go through two gestation periods, then you'll speak to a person who has a GED acquired by mail. Explain your frustrations to this Scholar. Your complaints will be fully understood &... absolutely nothing will change.
Next time, save a few bucks for a good down payment and check out a good local credit union. Things worth having are worth doing the research on. That includes the lenders you choose.
Live Well.

This number is for Regional Acceptance and not for the company your mentioning. I think your just spamming and your post is being reported for TOS violation. - DottyThis has to be a scam - they called our church office (where I work)... The caller (or computer) left a message so fast, I couldn't understand it.
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- AnnoyedRegional Acceptance. They call every single day and it's always a recorded message asking me to call them. I ignored it for a week, then when I tried calling them, I got another recorded message asking for the last 4 digits of my social. I am not stupid enough to give them that, especially since I have never had an account with them!

- Ron replies to Mike Johnson| 1 replyThis company calls 24/7 all day and late nights. Looked up the company, never had any dealing with this company! Call every hour on the hour!
- Tygerkat replies to RonHave you considered blocking the number?
- Chris replies to MoThey called me Saturday and Sunday. I thought was illegal to call on Sunday's. Used to have a fake debt collector call me 6 days a week and even they didn't call me on a friggin Sunday. And 1 day late on car payment and they steady calling. Nobody can even pursue collections until you are more than 30 days late.
- Chris replies to lukeTechnically, they aren't even allowed to pursue collection until you are over 30 days late federal law. I was 1 day late and they already calling. This is harassment. Legally u can send a cease & desist letter to them via certified mail and of they still keep harassing you and it ain't over 30 days late you can then speak to an attorney and sue. Not legal to harass someone for a late late payment within 1st 30 days.
- ChrisThis Regional Acceptance. 1st time I was late for a payment they called me the very 1st day I was late. One day late, really. They call many times a day 7 days a week till ya pay. I blocked em and don't have voicemail so they just waste their time trying to call me.
