its like a robo call. (my loan has been paid off over a year.) I have been getting a prerecorded message from this number,  if you press 1 it asks for your ssn.. the prerecorded message says nothing other than the call is to give us information.. the guy says his name and the state they are located in.. I called regional accpetance and they said it is not them. i think a scammer is using software to make it look like it is RA calling me, and it is not.

I don't answer it, reported it to my phone carrier as spam and then blocked it.  After reading the above comments, I don't have a car loan so no clue why they are calling.

Robot calls me by telling me please hold for an important message. It never came?

would be nice if they would leave a message identifying who they are, i cant call them back if i dont know who they are , weird !
