I called the number because I noticed the payment was paid but was no drafted from my account, so I called to see why.  They didn't give me an option to speak with an operator, and I tried several times. So irritated. I be glad when this loan is paid ou and in full.

They have the legal right to call till 9 pm your local time. I've been late on a few payments and they have never harassed me. If you answer the phone they will stop calling you. Make you payments and they won't call you. So stop bitching. Seriously people.

I had finance a car with them over 10 years ago. I filed bankruptcy and I never received the title or did they pick up the car now I want to give the car to my daughter (it still run good). And in have no title can't get in touch with anyine . what am I to do

You're an [***]. They just called my work number 4 times in under a minute, letting it ring only 1 time. Does that sound legit to you? My bills are all paid up, so whatever they were calling about could not be on the up and up. What are you, some kind of troll?

By law they aren't supposed to be calling you any more than 4 times per day, anymore is considered to be "excessive" and can be open for lawsuit. You sure can't tell a reps by the name of Christin Clements, Matthew Simpkins, Major Harris, Michael Peader and Monica Forbes that.  They will call you 8-10 times per day all while emailing the [***] out you at the same time.  My words to them, "Call me AFTER my 10-day grace period is up IF I STILL haven't made a payment. Until then I am NOT TECHNICALLY late."  Obviously they think people are stupid as hell and don't know their rights.  When you call there they can't ever break down your billing properly and will give you 3-4 different amounts that you owe with no explanation as to how, when or why it has changed from one month to the next.  This is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. I finally just programmed all of their many phone numbers to Mr. Number to hang up on them when they call and my email blocks them also. Soon my car loan will be paid off and regardless of what my financial situation is, I will NEVER do business with them again.

Well, I did what they told me to do. First payment I took to dealer for them to send in. (That's weird in itself) now they said I'm late . So I told them they have 30 days to cash the check or I'll consider this loan paid in full. If they refuse your money they are saying you do not owe them. Have a great day [***]..

They've already called me 5 times this morning and it is just a little after 11 am.  Yes, that IS considered to be excessive and yes, it IS against the law.  This company's collection department is a JOKE.  They begin calling (and emailing) you, your job, your neighbors and your coworkers only ONE day after your due date passes, obviously taking no consideration of the fact that you DO have a 10 DAYS grace period.  I've had to cuss them out soooooooo many times.
