This telemarketer called for someone he thought was an owner of my business.  I told him that he was never an owner, and has not worked here in 5 years.  He then asked to speak to an owner, and I told him an owner wasn't available.  He said, "should I sit on my hands & pray that one will become available, this is really important".  I told him that it couldn't be that important because the person that he asked for was never an owner & has not worked here for over 5 years, & with his attitude he should never call here again.  He told me I have an attitude & hung up.

I received the same thing.  The guy would not tell me who he was calling for...he just kept asking for the owner.  When I asked him for the owner's name he questioned me about whether or not I knew the owners name.  I asked for his name and number and he said his name was Brian from the DMV but refused to give me the number and hung up on me.

I recieved a call today caler asked for me by name Mad is my nick name. When I asked who the caller said BRAD. I was in a hurry and caller did not say why he was calling. When I said I was in a hurry the caller used the F bomb I thought that was totally wrong. I wish I could report them and get them in real trouble. So tired of thease type of calls.

Calls are still being made from this number.  This AM I answered with a simple "Hello" rather thn our business name and the called hung up.  I redialed the incoming number and no one picked up the call.

Received a call from this number.  The "man" asked for me by name.  He said he was not a credit card processor but instead a company who grouped businesses together in order to get better rates.  I informed him that I did not have time to speak with him regarding credit cards at that time and that we
were currently happy with our rates.  He said "why don't we just see how good your rates are" to with I replied "I already know how good my rates are" - "Thank you" and I hung the phone up.  He called back and I did not answer.  He proceeded to leave a very rude message regarding the way I was raised and called me an idiot.  My number is on a do not call list and I don't understand why I continue to be bothered with rude, ignorant, inconsiderate people calling.  
A company name was not identified.
I called the number back so I could report his behavior to a superior.  The number is not answered.

Recieved call moments ago, rude, rude, rude and unprofessional. I cannot believe people can be so ignorant! The "gentleman" never identified himself or his company, he asked to speak with an individual that I never heard of, I stated that person doesnt work here, what company are you trying to reach? I need to speak with the owner then, he said. I said she was unavailable can I take a message He said I guess your just nobody then and I cant get anywhere with you. I said of course you cant and hung up. I looked up this # and here we are.
I dislike these disruptions during my work day, it just throws my concentration off sometimes!

Just received a call from this number asking for my husband by his first name.  I said no, he wasn't here and proceded to asking him who and why he was calling.  Said his name was Brian.  I was defensive and he became very rude and said to me "why don't I just hand up"  I said "why don't you" and I hung up.   What kind of people are these.  IDIOTS

Called this morning for the owner (asked for him by name), said they were from Discount Merchant Brokers or something like that.  I guess they're some kind of credit card processor.

They're still at it.  And they called my home phone number.

Just received a call from this number.  The woman on the other end (who did not identify either herself, or for whom she was calling) asked for "the owner", to which I replied: "The owner is not available."  She asked when would be a better time to reach him/her, and when I told her "evenings are best", she couldn't understand what I meant!!??  IDIOT!!!!  She asked who she can ask for, and after I told her she should know whom to ask for, she got rude and hung up! STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a call from these people.  I answer Hello and they hang up immediately.  I have a solution for these people that is simple.  I use a little program called ascendis caller id.  It monitors every call I get via a little modem attached to my computer, it flashed the number and name associated with it on my computer screen and allows me to attach an action to the phone number which in this case is "block". The next time this number calls, it is immediately blocked and hung up on.  I use it at home and at the office, its great!

Caller asked for the deceased owner and when I said there was no one here by that name he said he must have old information, sorry, could he speak with the new owner? I told him we only take purchasing calls at this number and he wanted me to transfer him to accounting. Which, as this is a sole proprietorship is, again, me. I told him to hang on and I hung up.

When a person does not immediately id themselves and the company they represent, they are hung up on. They should learn this.

Well, only took them 10 days to call back. Guess they don't learn too quickly. Have number on list now, so don't even answer. Just click phone on and off. Go away.

This number has called our business several times TODAY. The call always disconnects after answering (although based on some of these, it sounds like we're getting off easy...).

The company I work for receives numerous calls from this number, some callers are very rude, threatening and offensive, not sure why this company is aloud to stay in business with such unprofessional workers.

Rudest telemarketer i have ever dealt with. I am the manager, but deal with this BS all the time. First call, nobody was there. Second call she asked to speak to whomever is in charge of merchant services, i said he is not available and asked " who is this calling, we are happy with our credit card processer" She replied, " i didnt ask if you were happy, i asked to speak to the owner" I replied again" what company are you with" she said " are you an idiot? i told you my name is melissa, what is your name?"

I hung up.

She called back, and pretended she was not a telemarketer but a customer trying to place an order with my "supervisor" i took her name and number. ( the number was not the same) This is what came up when i * 69 them...

Pushy "sales person" for credit card processing.  Wouldn't listen to me and hung up when I told her so!!  If you are considering doing business with them, heed this warning!!
