Received a call from this number at home, asking for my husband by his first name. When I said he wasn't available, the man hung up on me. I called back to find out the company but no answer. Rude!

i  am  a  small  business  owner  and  i  do  not  want  anything  anyone  has  to  offer  so  please  do  not  call  my  cell  anymore    i  will  not  answer   it  cause  it  shows  up  on  caller  ID   and  i will  not  answer  it  cause  i  have  a  pre paid  plan  that  cost   me   $ 1.99  a  day  to use  the  cell  phone  and  if  i  answer it  guess  what  you  just  cost  me  $ 1.99  for  that  day  so   get  the  msg  i  do not  want  what  you  have  to offer  but  i  have  something  that  you  need  and  it  is not  material   it  is   a   person   by  the  name  of  Jesus  Christ   has  anyone  ever  asked  you  about  your  soul   your  soul  is more  valuable  than  making  a  dollar   anyday  .....

Asked for owner of our company by name, only wanted to speak to him, would not leave message.

At least once a week sometimes 2-3 times a day.  I told them don't call back again . They ask someone who I never see in my life. I hand up every time . He told me use soap wish my mouth and f that and more f f f from  his fing mouth

I worked for them last  year. The company name is Zenith. they are based in montreal quebec. The managers name is Greg McNeil. The top guy's name is Eric. They are total scum. They tell you that they will get the top 5 possessors to bid on a portfolio.If you are dumb enough to send in your statement,  they have another office in Montreal with another set of scum bags who tell you they are from evo. This is a SCAM!!!!! they will charge you all these extra hidden fees.

I also have received several calls even after i told him i wasn't interested. He has called back 18 times and i have declined the call every time. he never leaves a message and was rude the first two times i did answer the phone.

called to speak to owner and when I told her to remove my number from the list she proceeded to say that she does not know why I am speaking to her this way.  I told her we don't accept telemarketing call and I hung up...B*&^ called back and I let it go to voice mail. No message was left.

Received multiple calls from this number.  Asking for the owner, and/or needing to speak to someone in charge of our credit card machine.  Repeated calls over several weeks.  Even tried to sneak in and speak to nurses in the office trying to get information.  Very annoying.

Called and asked for me by name. Was with merchant Discount brokers wanting to do an analysis of our merchant account. The moment I said sorry but we have no interest in your service the dude just hung up. I would hate myself if my job was simply to cold call businesses around the country and solicit them on stuff 99.9% of businesses don't need.

Kurt from Discount Merchant Brokers regarding credit card processing......AGAIN.  Gave the idiots a fake name many many calls ago....they keep calling and asking for the fake name.  It gets boring here, I like to waste their time.  

Discount Merchant Brokers.  Jerk gave me a hard time when I asked to be taken off their call list.  Counting up their calls now and filing a complaint with the FCC.

Get calls repeatedly from this number.  They always ask for the owner.  I usually ask "Are we currently doing business with your company?"  Other times adding "We are on the govt do not call list.  Please remove our number from your call list."  Usually they hang up before I can get that far.  I believe it is a company soliciting for credit card processing.  

Could hear the telemarketing chatter in the background.  He said "could I speak with--what did you say your name was?" I gave him my name and he said he must have the wrong number and hung up.  Pretty sure he'll be calling me again soon....using my name in his greeting.

Neither is being a merchant... lol. Some agents can be pushy or rude, yeah.  But I find that about 90% of the time the merchant being called doesn't know how to interact without being rude or passive aggressive.  The best part is that you guys feel justified in acting like children simply because you're being called by someone.  Also a good processing agent can make more money than a small business owner if he plays his cards right.  Cold calls are annoying, but how you handle them is the test of your character.  If you think you're justified in being rude and lowering yourself to a "telemarketers" level then you're just plain wrong.  Take the high road and just hang up the phone, it's what I do when I get telemarketing calls and I do get them all day.  

Who are you to decide what is and isn't a real job?  Get off your high horse, merchant.  People like yourself are why some cold-callers can be so bitter about continuing to make phone calls.  We're all human after all.
