Ick! I spoke with "Melissa" too. I cannot even imagine feeling good about my job when all I do is be rude and hang up on people.  I feel sorry for anyone they hook.  Certainly, as a business owner, I know more about my own needs than her!!

I just keep hanging up  once they ask for the owner and they just keep calling call back.

we have gotten quite a few calls from this place over the last couple days. Discount merchant brokers. it's becoming annoying. They need our account information to check our rates and save us money. It sounds like a scam to us. Their pushy and rude. Who just hands over information like that anyway?

Rude and offensive.

A guy called asking for our owner by formal name.  I asked if we currently do business with him.  He said no and that this is a service call for merchant services. I told him very politely we are not interested at this time.  He replies loudly and very angrily, "How would you know?" and hangs up the phone...No one making service calls replies this way.  This is obviously a scam. I called back to "report" him to a "supervisor" and no answer...surprise, surprise...

First clue - caller ID says Toll Free.  Scam.  I take the time to answer, even though they called right in the middle of my favorite song on the radio!  (I'm totally rocking out!!)  I give my usual pleasant greeting and hear nothing in return.  Second clue - computer generated call.  SCAM.  I wait another two seconds, still hear nothing, (still rocking out), so I put them "on hold" - I put the phone right over the radio so they can rock out with me too.  Needless to say, they hung up pretty fast.

Called me today told caller I already have the service and hung up.  He called back and wanted me to
expain, when I told him I was not inerested he started to curse me out.  Totaly uncalled for.

Got a call on my cell phone from a guy with an Aussie or South African accent from this number.  Almost incoherent/inaudible, not sure who he was representing (credit card processing?).  Told him never to call again, and hung up.  He called back, I hung up, blocked the number, but before I did, he left a message saying he'd been a member of a British military unit and might be paying me a visit.  Called again the next morning at 7:10 AM, but call was blocked.  Creepy.

Unbelievable A Hole.  Why this guy called we never got around to because he simple wouldn't say who he was or what he wanted.  TotaL JERK.

Still calling people.  Missed his call about 7 times and I tried to call the number back but they did not answer.  Finally spoke to him...and he wants my records faxed to him!  Is he for real?  Told him I don't make deals over the phone with anyone...end of call...:)

I got a call this morning from this number and they said this was "Mississippi Public Service Commionser and my insurance had been canceled and to press 1 for more info." I did any no one said a word. So, since they impersonated the Miss. Public Service Commission, I just got off the phone with a lady at Miss Dept Public Service Commission and we may be last in Mississippi but you can bet your bottom buck we will solve this. And thanks to ALL who have reported this on here and you ALL should report this to their Public Service Commissioner. Have a wonderful day and Happy Holidays to ALL..

These fools call almost everyday but cannot get past our automated menu type system. The system logs every call placed to our company phone number. Amazing the number of scams callers.

Still getting calls this morning. I am currently tying up all (apparently) 5 lines they have. I'm just redialing and letting it ring. Each line rings for about 5 1/2 minutes. I'll do this all day. F' em.

Get calls a few times a week but no one answers and the line disconnects after a few seconds.

Some effeminate sounding guy called about credit card processing and I reiterated to him that this was a pizza shop order line. Told him if he was not ordering a pizza that we were not interested and hung up on him. He called back to tell me that I had anger management issues. Heh if this clown only knew. Anyway I had fun with him. I said abusive things to him and asked him ugly questions and hung up. This went on for a cycle of four back to back calls and then I pointed out to him that if his company that was clearly providing such a fulfilling career to him was large enough for an automated call distribution system, then his superior would note all the calls to this number and that would be his [***] and then hung up again. A minute or so later and a "private caller" came through and it was him again. Obviously his cell phone. Lol! What a douche! So I laughed long and loud at him so he could never get a word in and said douche and hung up. Heh. And then it seems to have stopped.

I work for this call center. First of all, we are true brokers and we will save you money. Second, it is a good career because every day customers thank us for saving them money.

There is a pause and delay when you say hello but we are working on it.

This number calls my CELL phone! And as soon as I say hello, they hang up. Ive called the number back and it just rings and rings, no answer. I looked it up and called Go Payment 514-228-1235. Surprisingly, the girl was nice and said she'll remove my number. I asked why they rudely hang up and she said it's an automated dialer and once it connects, maybe something goes wrong. I highly doubt they'll remove my number but we'll see.

I knew it was a telemarketer, I was born and raised in Detroit, MI and I am as white as white can be, since I knew it was a telemarketer i just played him and spoke in spanish, he says people in Michigan speak English so go back to Mexico. What a douche
