all of these company names are listed together please do not fall into thier scam and become a victim as we have.keep in mind they use various names but it all results to the same thing A SCAM to get your money - Rea replies to wolf| 5 repliesThanks for the input on all those companies. You can tell they are not legit when they start yelling at you and try to scare you. Professional lenders don't use this abuse, regardless of what you may have said to them. Maryb....you better prepare yourself. It's not going to happen. Ben Davis is just going to keep stalling you saying you either have to send more money or if you ask for a refund they will say you'll get it in one month. By that time they're gone. They're just buying time honey...........
- jenOMG. This alias a** Ben Davis has no idea what is coming to him. He better watch it. Although I live on the West Coast, he is dealing with a hardcore Italian with many many people in Jersey, who will totally put him in check. His voice has been recorded and I bet he's like this weeny a** that got picked on in highschool and he hides behind these companies so he can have his revenge. He knows about this site, good I am so glad. Great. He better run because he's not going to have his legs for long. You must have an excellent resume Ben. Thief, whimp, sleeze, woose in search for scammer job. How original you are with your name. Don't worry woose, watch your back. Your time is up.....
- maryb replies to alicis keys gotti| 4 repliesNo i have not recieved any money but they called and told me that i need to give them an aditional 1200 so they can take out an insurance policy for my loan. I do not have anymore money so they said I would recieve my money on the 23rd of october 2009. Also that they could sue me if I said anything bad about their company. It is all in the contract so I can't complain. In the mean time I have no money for my bills.
- what the heck replies to ReaThe funny thing is, even if they were legit, how would they sue anyone for slander? Nobody said anything bad about them, just what they did??
- maryb replies to Rea| 3 repliesYes, they yelled at me too for being on this sight for about 15 minuts it seemed I could not get a word in; not untill he said I could but only briefly he interupted me and went on for another 5 minuts. I believe that they are just stalling, too. I did not dare say anything that would upset him more than he already was for if there was a glimps of hope my refund of $1100 is there.... I need that money. Eveything they say is a hoax. They are outright abusive in there tone and the fact is they are blackmailing us with our own money that they already have to keep our mouth shut.
- joe| 2 replieswhat are they sayn happend to your down payment? They told me that it was never recived and evn had me call western union on 3-way to verify it was? They say they are tryn to find out what happend to it
- maryb replies to maryb| 2 repliesThey just called and left a message they say they will be sueing me for slander.
- yah right replies to joe| 1 replyThe only way to pick up money from any kind of wiring service, you have to have the transaction number from the person that sent it. If you gave whoever you talked to at the company your transaction id, anyone with that number can go to the western union office and pick it up. They only have to show some kind of it, it doesn't have to match the name of the receiver on the wire. If western union says it was never picked up, then they can refund your money. If western union says it was never picked up and they can't refund your money, i would hang up and call western union myself with my confirmation number, maybe whoever dialed western union, is in on the scam and they had someone answer pretending to be western union.
- What replies to yah rightHow many more things do you guys have to hear before you realize they are scammers. They are professionals in this line of work. I am surprised that they even went to the extent of making you believe they called Western Union. Western Union is aware of these type of frauds. I did not give them one cent because Western Union would not let me. They didn't have to do that but they told me they have seen this way too many times. They even have it imprinted on the cover of the wire sheet: DO NOT SEND MONEY IF YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR A CREDIT CARD, LOAN, OR PRIZE. This is actually a mind game for them when they make up all these excuses why you are not getting your money. They don't need to answer your phone calls because they can't be found anyway, but they still try to mess with your mind. It's pure pleasure for them. So let it go. Learn from this. Kharma will get them. If anyone knows of another hassle free legitimate place to get a loan, please advise.....
- Rea replies to maryb| 1 replyYou know what? You should harass them all you want, just like they do you. They are not a legitimate company, their names are aliases, so slander them all you want. Have fun with it. Don't worry they are all talk. The only reason they talk to you that way is because they are protected by a fake address and a phone number in Canada. You go girl.
- maryb replies to ReaThank-you Rea. I know just what to do with the situation now. I have a friend that I went to highschool with and she had the same thing happend to her and got her money back I will follow her footsteps and see if it will work for me as well. Keep you posted.

- bigred replies to help| 2 repliesi sent them 930.00 last Wednesday loan was supposed to be in account on Friday. They called me Thursday and said that I would need to send another 930.00 to secure the loan-thought it was kind of weird-but did it anyway(borrowed both from my employer). Money was supposed to be in account last night by 5- called last night said it wasn't there-they never called me back. Called this morning and they are saying that the investor never released the hold for the loan. CEO is aware and looking for new investor. Should know something by 3 todayNo more collateral would be due and if they can't find a new lender than my money will be refunded. Lets hope so because my Western Union fees were 150.00 alone and I need to payback my boss. Will keep you all posted. Also need to pay my 2 months worth of rent and car payments. I dont normally do something like this-should have listened to my gut!
- BIGRED replies to LynneAHVE YOU RECEIVED A REFUND?
- maryb replies to lynne| 6 replies"Eastgate Lending services" might as well get lost before they get caught.
If you were a real company I would have had my money by now. And other people as well. Then we would let people know you were legit. Ha to you what ever your real names are "Ben Gates" and his boss.
Its awful because the are such good con artist. When they get you they get you good. I bet they will not call me again. The more they call the more I will talk to others. They can't scare me anymore there just gonna have to make a new fake company. But I am on a campain to make sure other people are not scammed out of there money too. If I complain to just the right athorities they might indeed get caught. - maryb replies to maryb| 5 repliesEastgate lending service are located at a vacant parking lot 45 Exchange BLVD, Rochester NY.
