- precious replies to Maryb| 2 replieshe called me today. but one flag that should have set you off is that the company is based in new york but you had to wire the money to Jamaica when you saw that you should have never done it. plus i am a firm believer in if i am trying to borrow money why and please excuse my language but why in the hell would i pay you first in that case they might as well remove the first 6months payment from the loan. not to mention i could not find not one thing about them with the BBB but i will fix that i will make a complaint because as broke as i am they are playing with my emotions which is just wrong getting peoples hopes up high
- precious replies to maryblol no they did not i am so glad i research people and companies before i jump i got ripped off by davison inventions for 700 i be damed if i get it a second time around
- preciousfor those who were scammed you need to report to the bbb and the ftc

- maryb replies to precious| 1 replyPrecious, and all: Yes I know what you mean about playing on your emotions. They are pros at this. They are dangerous criminals and mean us much harm. More than we realize. They have a lot of info on some of us, and we must not communicate with them. They do not care and pray upon us in any way they can.
- maryb replies to msbmsb, I would not trust them, its the same scam. If you must, as i did as well think that they may be a ligit company do as much research as you can. Look at page 6 in this blog that we are on and it list of 15 companies, and yours may be one of these companies or a similar name. They are all dangerous crooks and pray upon us. More than we can imagain.
- maryb replies to bigredbigred, I feel for you they are so convincing they are pros and not legit. The are common criminals. Real, and sounding genuine, but still crooks.
- ME replies to bigredYou sent a total stranger $1860.00????????
Id say I feel bad you got taken, but these types of HUGE mistakes people make in desperate financial times are why these vultures still continue to do this crap.
Please Ppl! Think before your actions, even ONE "success case" for these scams is enough to fuel their fire to seek out more. - Rea replies to maryb| 3 repliesMake sure you save those voice mails. I have saved all of mine. In fact, I got another message from Ben Davis today saying my loan offer will be expiring soon and I need to act now. Yeah, I'll act now, you bet. Already contacted a lot of investigating offices on them. Their time is expired.
- maryb replies to Rea| 2 repliesRea, and all, You can be sure I will save them but they know that I have there number and it is up when it comes to me so they won't bother me anymore, at least I hope. I should have seen the red flag in the conversations I had with Ben Davis when I asked about how legit his company was just before I sent the money. He got all uptight about it and recended the offer until I got back on his hook and realled me in once again. That is a surefire red flag right there. If he were legit there would have been another reaction like "I am sorry, you can research our website for testamonials of our satisfied customer", but wait there are non. Just mad, sad and disapointed or angry ones who lost there money. Some of us once and some of us they got twice. Someone has to stop these guys in their tracks.
- yah right replies to marybI made a complaint almost 3 weeks ago to the BBB and it's still not listed on their website. Not sure how many other people made a complaint but there aren't any on there yet.
- Rea replies to maryb| 1 replyI am glad you finally realize what happened to you. There is no hope. They will not give you back your refund, so don't feel like you have to be nice to them any longer. I told you, I have contacted other authorities and hopefully, Dateline is going to air something on these sleeze bags. Although, I did not send them any money, I feel just as violated as you. Their time is going to come. I just don't get it. How can these people sleep at night or function as normal human beings? I mean, this Ben Davis guy was like I have a daughter and she comes first in my life. Yeay, right. He doesn't deserve an offspring. So, I hope they do moniter this site. The only thing is, we are giving them more information that we are on to them. But, I guess that's how they function. It's time to move Eastgate Lending Services and start your new scam.
- maryb replies to ReaTo Rea and All, I really feel bad for all those people out there that got realed in hook line and sinker. They have an almost fool proof scam going on and they are still scamming people right now. It is terrible that I did not do my reasearch on line soon enough to keep my money. I wonder too how they sleep at night while people who are struggling financially to make it harder on them. They are without remorse, just horrilbe terrible people. I worked hard for my money getting up day after day just to put in their pockets. I really want to know what the money funded. I would love to be part of a sting opperation and catch these guys these crooks red handed and get our money back. They need to spend sometime in JAIL and I would like to put them there.
- BkI am in Law Enforcement take reports on internet fraud a lot. You have the right to protect yourselves and can look up information on any online company first before using them on forums like these.
Gina from Oct 4th is right. "I am so sorry Maryb, and to all the others who actually sent in their money. I was there with you and I know who convincing Ben Davis was. And when you're in need for money you believe anything. They have all my information too, but all you can do is change your bank account, put a password on it also, this way if anyone inquires about your account they know your personal data but not your password on the account. Also alert your post office, because these scammers can call and have all your mail changed over to them with your personal identification. Alert the three credit bureaus and put a fraud alert on your social security number. I also e-mailed the social security office and explained the situation. This should be enough."- Caller: Eastgate lending services
- BkCont. I recommend going to a bank and dealing with them face-to-face if you need a loan because you know they are legitimate. Usually with Credit Unions you get a better interest rate. Also banks don't ask for large sums of money up front or any money at all.
If you are a victim, MAKE A POLICE REPORT. Even if your Law Enforcement agency can't find the suspects you are still documenting that a crime occurred and having a voice in the matter. Also you can give your bank the case number, maybe it has happened to others and some one has more information. A lot of the fraudulent sources are in other countries making it difficult for L.E. to track down suspects. Also they are multijurisdictional with many secondary points in Canada.- Caller: Eastgate Lending Services
- BkContinued... I can't emphasize how important it is to MONITOR YOUR CREDIT if you are a victim. The three companies with toll free numbers are Equifax, Transunion, and Experian. Call all three and explain the situation. Annual Credit report on the internet lets you pull your credit for free once per year. Don't use the free sites that ask for your credit card number. I recommend checking ONE of the three every 4 months so you are monitoring your credit for free throughout the year. If someone did fraudulently open up a credit card or other account in your name, you can dispute it with forms for free through these 3 companies, clear if from your credit, and restore your credit back to healthy.
I hope I have helped some of you and that all of the victims land on their feet. I understand the economy is hard right now and many are in desperate need of monetary assistance. It is unfortunate that the most in need are being preyed apon. My prayers and thoughts are with you and I'm doing the best I can to find suspects in each case I work.- Caller: Eastgate Lending Services

I personally recommend getting loans through banks face to face because you KNOW they are legitimate and Credit Unions give lower interest rates. Plus you NEVER have to make a down payment. File a police report to document the incident. Even if your Law Enforcement agency doesn't find the suspect, your voice will be heard and you can give your bank the case
