Have received in excess of 10 calls from this number in the last 5 days at all hours of the day and evening.  All our payments are up to date...NO BILL collectors SHOULD be calling..caller id doesn't list any caller name.  I picked up tonite on 2nd ring and nobody answered.  Rang again at almost 9 pm but only twice.

This was a call from Time Warner, saying they were calling people around the mid-west as they have upgraded their home phone service and they wanted to know who my home phone service provider was. I informed them I am cell phone only, operator thanked me for my time and hung up.

Repeated calls on caller ID of my cell phone.  No message left.  No idea who it is.  Am becoming tempted to answer.

I get these phone calls twice a day every day, in the morning and at night, they never leave a message, as I do have caller ID and an answer machine. I am getting tired of these phone calls as I am on the Do Not Call List.

Keep getting calls to my cellphone from 877-864-6344 and believe it is Time Warner Cable.  When I answer no one responds.

I've received several calls from this number in the last couple of days. The last call left a voicemail which said "Oh, this sounds like a voice mail" and then hung up. I just called the number back and it's the Time Warner Cable Special Promotions line. The woman I spoke to said they were probably calling to talk about their promotions. She asked if I was a current customer, and I told her no, so she decided that must be why they are calling. I asked to be taken off the list, and she said she would take me off right away, but hung up before she could get my cell phone number.

We've been getting these calls twice a day for more than a week. Very annoying. Answer it and no one talks to you, sometimes you can hear voices in the background. I called after reading the suggestions here that it is Time Warner Cable Special Promotions line. Waited a minute on hold and then decided that was worthless.

I got two calls from this number in the same day. I called the number back, and while I was explaining to the man on the phone that I no longer live in Ohio, he hung up on me. I hate Time Warner when I lived in Ohio, and I don't like them anymore now.

Received call, the person wouldn't quit talking.  I tried to get her to understand that I was satisfied with my existing set up and didn't want to change, she wouldn't listen and kept going on and on and on.  I finally insisted on speaking with her supervisor, which after saying so 6 times, I I was transferred to another person and I explained my problem.  Although she said she was the supervisor I'm not sure she was, but it did get them off my phone.

Got a call yesterday from them. Don't have voicemail, so they couldn't leave a message even if they wanted to.

I already have Time Warner (damn monopoly),so if they really want to get in contact with me, they can send me a letter.

I've been getting calls 2-4 times a day for the last few days from this number.  They never leave a message.  If it's Time Warner, they're still better than dealing with Dish Network, in my opinion, but I am new to them (just moved to Ohio).
I've heard that workers get "credit" when they make a certain # of calls, regardless if there is an answer, that's why they call so many times.  Very annoying.

Repeat hangup calls from 1-877-864-6344.  When  I call back, it says it is a promotion, and cannot leave a message, unless you know an extension.

Call cell phone repeatedly without leaving a message.  At least once a day for the past month.  Answered a couple times with no response on the other end.

Received call tonite...they call often...no message...I called thenumber back and it was Time Warner Promotions.....

It's Time Warner with a special promotion.

I called them back and told them to take our phone number off their list.  Let's see if they ever call us again.  They did say they will take our number off their list.  What a bunch of morons!!

I won't answer, but I put them in my phonebook and assigned them a cover of "Rape Me" as a ringtone.

Gotta love the use of "Rape Me" as a ringtone, very clever (and appropriate.)  :)
