I really want these people to stop calling me at least two times per day, they leave no message if I'm not home and I've tried to call this number back when I see it on my caller ID BUT I GET NO ANSWER. I've heard that it is from Time Warner. All I want is the calls to STOP! Thanks for any help I can get.

Number calls twice a day, hangs up after one ring. Has been going on for 3 weeks now. Becoming very annoying

I just got a call. No message was left. I returned the call and was immediately disconnected. I blocked the number in My Verizon.

The same number calls my cell everyday!  I have called 4 times now for them to apologize and say we will add you do our DO NOT CALL list!   I wasn't so friendly with a response!

10-15 calls in the past week, sometimes 2-3 a day....from 877-864-6344......leaves no message on my answering machine, just disconnects if you do not physically answer I guess. I called TW and found out being I quit their service a few months ago they try to get old customers back but when I first signed up I told them I want NO marketing calls or mail whatsoever so they totally ignored my wishes. I just told them this is NO way to get back customers, it is the absolute good way to NEVER get them back. I would NEVER use their service again after being harassed like this. I was told by Time Warner now they would remove my number from their marketing and they told me the exact day I quit so they are harassing old customers and who knows who else? I called someone in the Canton office who called that number to see who was bothering me and she took care of it she said. She said she had gone through getting those kinds of calls on her cell phone that had been registered to a relative she learned ., so work to change laws that now allow them to contact anyone they come in contact with, or former customers., but even to harass?

I get calls from this number 2-3 times a day and have called in serveral times asking to be removed from their list or I will cancel my cable!   He said one moment while I remove you ... he never asked my number and sent me to time warners sales line!

this company, time warner, calls me 4 to 5 times a day.  during meetings at work or in the evenings.  if I answer they hang up.  they need held accountable.

I just called them back..TWC, told them I am a customer now, and to stop calling my cell everyday for the past week,(eating my minutes) or I WILL NOT BE a TWC customer from this day on.
I told them if they dont stop their cable box will be on my front lawn awaiting their arrival to pick it up!!

have gotten 6 calls from this number today. called it back and a guy answered stating "time warner special promotions" i asked to be removed from list, he stated it could take up to 30 days and to disregard any more calls from now til then. not sure how i ended up on this list since i already ( unfortunately) have TW

just had a call and no one answered when I picked it up

I called the number back and the person acted really surprised. Took my number and said she was going to put me on their do not call list. I wonder how I ended up on some list to begin with.

round 2. okay, so i had spoken with a rep a few weeks ago who said my name would be taken off the list. recieved 4 calls today in 3 hours. called BACK in to verify. Lady was nice, explained it takes 30 days to get removed, and i will probably get more calls within that 30 days. IF i call BACK  again, my name gets re-added to the list and extends out another 30 days (oct 12 said stop calling, called back today (>30 days since added to do not call list) since i called it i may still get calls up to 12/2)
effing annoying.

. we will see if there is any truth to this.

Got several of these calls today - let it go to voicemail, no message left.   I called the local time warner cable office and complained.   Said that I was happy with what I had and was not interested in promotion calls - and that if this was they way they were going to treat me as a customer, I would cancel my service and file a complaint.    The local rep was nice and added me to their internal do not call list.   We shall see

I have been getting repeated calls from this number for the past week or so. I finally called back today, and it's Time Warner, and there was a message saying it was a number for promotional purposes only. Nice...

Yeah, it's Time Warner. They only leave messages telling you to call them. If you answer the phone, it is only a recorded message. 2 - 4 calls everyday until you finally call them back to tell them to stop. A smart business would eventually realize that you don't wish to be bothered by them and stop calling. After more than a month of this, I realized that Time Warner was not such a business and would never stop harassing me, so I had to return the stupid calls.

I told them if they called me again, I would cancel ALL of their services.

Very poor business practice to annoy people. Hopefully such a bad business will soon go under and be replaced by a better, more customer friendly one.

and that's somehow better than trolling forums so you can insult people? clearly you don't have better things to do with YOUR time...

Got a call from this number, which I answered with "Hello?"  No response.  "Hello?  Is anyone there?"  No response.  Really unprofessional, whoever it is (Time Warner cable - of whom I'm a customer - according to other posts).
