This number is constantly calling our home and then hanging up.

Called them today, the lady took me off the list! They're wanting to get people to sign up for their home phone service

got a call, called back, got disconnected at first but tried again and got connected to live agent almost immediately. offered me the same thing that everyone else got, home phone service. said no and asked to be removed from promo lists, they said it may take a day or two but then i wont get any more phone calls.

My cell phone number is on the Do Not Call List.  No messages are left from this number, so clearly it is not important. All sales solicitors should remove me from their call list.

877-864-6344 has called multiple times this past week. When answering the phone, no one is there so I hang up. How do I stop this number from calling in the future?

I received about 8 calls in the last 4 days from this number. They never left a voicemail so I jumped online and came across this site revealing who keeps calling me.

I called the 800 number for TW service in my area and requested to be removed from all Promotional Call Lists. I was rudely transferred to another person (the girl literally heard my request and said 'Hold'...not can you please hold while I transfer you, etc)

Anyway, I talked with the new rep and she asked me why I wanted to be removed and I told her. I had to give her my last 4 S.S., the account name and service address. She said I was removed from the list, but then proceeded to try and upgrade my Internet and try to sell me Phone Service!

TW is so Dumb...you treat your customers like crap, harass them repeatedly with numerous phone calls, waste their time trying be removed from lists, and then actually expect people to buy or upgrade services!!!???  Something is very wrong with this formula.  "The Power of You" my ass.

They called & didn't leave a message.  I'm on the "Do Not Call" list, and I've even told Time Warner not to call me.  Ann

877-864-6344 called today and on the 17th. I did answer it today and no one was on the other end. From everyone's posts I'm guessing it is Time Warner. I'm going to have to stick my food up someones @ss.

They call everyday and don't leave a message. I called them back and said F*** you when I got an operator.

I got a call from this number today. I called back and the first time was put onto a music recording then the line went dead. Second time around I got an actual person. It was Time Warner Promotional Services. This was particularly annoying because I had literally requested to be put onto a no-call/do not contact list. They send me junk mail on a nearly daily basis, but I'd never received a telemarketer call from them before. Until I specifically requested not to. Time Warner are one of the crappiest companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with; I would strongly recommend anyone looking into internet/cable etc look into any option possible outside of Time Warner.

Working in the sales industry, there is no such thing as a do not call list. No one abides by it and that is the way it is.

Yup, Time Warner. I just signed up for cable and they botched the job, so I'm already extremely mad. They spilled paint in my basement and didn't event hook up the line they ran. It's just hanging there hooked up to absolutley nothing. I hate Time Warner. One more "incident" and I am for sure switching.

Yes, its Time Warner and its a promotional service.  I have been receiving these calls for a week, ever since I upgraded my cable with Time Warner.  Never leave a message and of course when I answer they hang-up.  Just because I decided to upgrade my services, doesn't mean I want constant phone calls from them.  Called them tonight and told the guy that the only reason I was calling was because I wanted my number removed.  Guess we'll see if that actually happens.
